What's stunning to me is his command of the crowd. During that LOOONNGG silence and that HUUGGE crowd there wasn't a single sound. Breathtaking and so very emotional!

It's great that you reacted to this song. It is also one of my favorite OOR performances. Many reactors talk over the long pause, so I'm glad you didn't and experienced the silence as it should be. I'm sure there will be some comments mentioning that this break was in memory of Chester Bennington because OOR was supposed to tour with Linkin Park and Taka was friends with Chester. However, he also made the break at the concert that took place in the first half of 2017 when Chester was still alive. The pause was shorter there and he may have extended it for Chester, but it is definitely there to build tension and connect to the following line: "Silence strikes like a hurricane". Taka was sick at this concert but still did a great job. I like how the song changes from pain at the beginning to aggression later. A fantastic performance by Taka.

Thank you, I love this song and performance! This song was written about Taka's parents and the silence at the beginning is a prayer to Chester Bennington from Linkin Park. They concert together in the US and Japan in 2017. It was supposed to be a concert, but it was canceled because he passed away.Taka later performed at a memorial concert held at L.A.Taka and Linkin Park's talks and concerts can be found on You Tube.

Oh lord, you came across the masterpiece :D It was lovely to see how you just took the silence without pulling yourself out of the moment by talking, instead you experienced the song how they wanted you to experience it, amazing :) I cried my EYES out the first few times I watched this performance, full on ugly crying because the emotion in Takas voice just hit me like a truck. Like you said, you can feel he puts everything in it. He gives every performance so much power, as if it is the first and last time he gets to sing it and thats so amazing. I love this performance for so many reasons, but especially the brave decision of this long silence. I'm sure not many artists would dare to do that and be able to make it worth it 100%. But they took the time to make their song even more powerful! And the time they gave the crowd to be part of the song, so lovely. I'm not sure if this is true facts, but I saw it a lot, that this song was created out of a difficult phase Taka had with his father. And you can feel the hurt and anger and longing inside of the song.
