I've found it hard to get into any (non-BTS) kpop groups enough to call myself a fan of them, but I think Stray Kids may be the only other group I've heard who has the most songs that I genuinely enjoy from start to end. I think of any group, they are the ones who make the most sense to cover Dionysus and have it done well too. When I heard they did a cover it just clicked like yeah of course that would work. They seem like sweet and funny dudes too. Bangchan in particular always comes across as a massive sweetheart. He seems so sincere when he talks in those lives when I see clips of it pop up.

Im ARMY through and through but Stray Kids or Bang Chan and his 7 kids are a chaotic lovable group as well. Can't compare 2 very talented and very different groups. 💜💜

Sunbaenim just means a peer that has more experience. BTs debuted in 2013, so anyone that came after 2013 would call them sunbaenim. It's a combination of the word 선배 (seonbae), which means senior, and 님(nim), which means Mr. or Sir in English. I think one day you come to appreciate Butter. Somewhere there's video of BTS recognizing Lee Know in one of Stray Kids early awards performances and being all excited and happy for him. I'm a Starmy - stanned both groups at the same time, each for different reasons.

I completely agree that there’s no need to compare any group for that matter, they each have their own style which is why every group has their own fandom as well because it’s a matter of connection with the fans really. Comparing isn’t healthy and lead to fan wars. The groups itself aren’t salty with each other, the music industry is massive and they all have their own rightful place. As an army and of course biased, i kinda want to support the groups that expresses their admiration for bangtan than others that don’t.

As my 2 fave groups as well, love this. Wish they had a chance for more interaction. I would love if any of them got to be on sugas interview show suchwita. Esp 3racha or chan. What yg says about crying and being scared as the pressure of blowing up has placed on him is such a real and heavy thing to admit. He talks about it in a few interviews. Mostly the hardship of having no one to get advice from because they were pretty much the first ones to achieve this kind of success. And as a stayarmy I worry bout skz esp Chan sometimes of this pressure or burnout since they’ve also been on a crazy fast train in blowing up recently.. Think they’d get a lot of comfort and guidance from suga. But yea Wishful thinking that maybe Chans seen some of the episodes yg had w either other bts members or younger idols.

If you need something to ease you into “Butter” - watch the Hotter Remix and the karaoke versions first. ;-) Watch ‘til the VERY end of the videos and be prepared to pause and rewatch a lot, because there’s *so* much going on. It always irks other ARMYs that I don’t particularly like “Louder than Bombs” and that “Stay Gold” is a 100% skip song for me, too, so I get it. I don’t hate them to the point of having a minor crisis whenever they play, lol, but I wouldn’t voluntarily seek them out. I think in the end performance of “Bang Bang Bang,” Yoongi was sick or injured during that broadcast. There are quite a few pics and fancams of him looking exhausted and being low-energy. But he’s a little less likely to be super animated anyway, being the cat that he is. You can also often see the “introvert line” of BTS (Yoongi, JK, Jin and very occasionally Joon) sitting down while the others are being chaotic during award shows and such. When Yoongi does get hyped up though he *really* gets hyped up.
