Neutral people are supposed to keep there mouth shut, absolute center of left and right. They can't be so called secular and be neutral at same time. This lady is clearly not neutral or secularist. She is absolute far end of negativity (andh virodhi)

According To Cambridge Dictionary Secular Means "Not Having Connection With Religion" So when someone says I am secular that means he / she is saying I am secular person . for example if person says I am good that does not mean he / she represent him/her self of Good but as Good.
