The reason why some people use a free glue gunner instead of a dart monkey is to slow down the bloons so their hero can do more work. However the free dart monkey is still better as it can actually pop bloons and right from the start and can be used when heros are to expensive to placed down initially

The reason they added a limit for paragons is because the paragons are soon to play off of each other like the navarch will gain the top path buff for the ace paragon. Eventually there will be a lot of ways they play off of each other and ninja kiwi wants you to think about the interaction of them together.

1 year later we have a beast handler and map editor.

If you have a hero for damage, you can use the glue gunner to glue the stronger, faster bloons so they don't get as far, and they get hit more. Would make a decent pairing with Ice Monkey; glue the fast bloons so they don't avoid the freeze cycle. But if you simply must MEGA-GREED, Dart Monkey will help you not die. It depends on the situation, for the most part, and in Contested Territory, It can get very situational. Maybe you have one available but not the other. Also, 0-1-0 Ice is better than 0-2-0 Ice because the T1 expires right before the next attack, rather than just after. With T2, the Ice Monkey attacks while the bloons are still frozen, and then they thaw and get past the Ice Monkey, basically forcing you to go bottom path.

It increases the Monkey Village's range by +10, from 40 units to 50 units, and an extra +15% income for all nearby income producers independent from income-per-pop (with some exceptions, includes trap-based sources but excludes several other income sources), similarly to a Central Market when interacting with Merchantmen but only stacking once and only affects towers within range of the Monkey City. ! It also provides a free Dart Monkey at the end of each round ! this benefit stacks with other Monkey Cities in play. you cannot get other free glue gunners

Well sabre the glue gunner is better because the top path can absolutely shred ceramic balloons and the middle path can destroy camo balloons with the glue storm ability bottom path if you get two on the top and you get full bottom path you will be able to destroy moabs and also glue them with the Moab glue and it also leaves glue on the track so a balloon can go over the glue and then it can also get the completely stuck in place so that is why the Gunner is better

8:10 ILL GIVE YOU A REASON ALRIGHT . the glue can be early and late game. you can have the top path bloon solver it is EXTREMELY good against super ceramics (if you dont know what a super ceramic is its a ceramic bloon after round 80 they become alot stronger ) it is one of the best super ceramic melters except paragons and once you get you will not have any problem against normal bloons at all up to round 100 and it can go a bit higher and it can do decent damage against moabs small ones atleast its bad against BADs,ZOMGs and high round BFBS but it is a bloon obliteration machine. The middle path is very good for slowing down which is extremely helpful for slowing DDTs it also good at slowing down bloons with vortex's slipstream bloons and it is a MUST HAVE for bosses it dosnt slow them but with the top crosspath it makes them take way more damage for a bit with the ability and for early game glue hose is good at getting glue on ceramics rainbows zebras and all bloons plus the glue strike does that on almost if not every bloon on screen. the bottom path is awesome at holding back everything under a BAD and above it basically just freezes them in time with its glue and its glue actually does pretty sometimes REALLY good damage against higher class moabs it can even do a bit of damge to the BAD and early game if you get the first few bottom paths it can help in the early game and thats with and the free bit helps especially in half cash. Well Sabre, glue gunner makes any bloom that it doesn’t whiff at be slowed by 50% which makes it so towers around it get to attack it twice as much so if you are in co-op with 3 other players and you place down a glue gunner and everyone else places down a dart monkey then it’s like having 2x3=6 dart monkeys rather than if you did a dart monkey then it would be 3+1=4 and 4 is less than 6
