It's been around for years, however it never really got alot of attention, so most people not involved in the stunting community did not know about it. Secondly, no, one-wing flying (including one-wing-reverse) is not a mod. You can do it in vanilla gta. Although I did use a mod to get the hydra in singleplayer, just for the convenience of easy respawns, but the flying itself is purely vanilla gta.

@TGG for the question of whether or not you can shoot your weapons in ragdoll, yes you can but it only works with pistols/ one handed weapons like smg's. if you wanna have some fun with that try going into director mode from the interaction menu in story mode and then activate low gravity and explosive bullets and try it with an smg, you basically turn into a human rocket ship if you are lucky and your character is aiming in the right direction.

TGG said he envys people who just start playing, and how much fun it must be. I only started playing 2 months ago, and I can confirm; it's been a blast. I've been playing daily, discovimg new stuff daily and laughing my ass off at all the cut scenes I've never seen. The one thing that makes it worse is that online hardly explains how you're supposed to go about anything, so it can be super confusing and I have to look up most things online after failing. Example: Before yesterday I never knew about the "Los Santos Slasher" so I ran around collecting those clues, chopped him down with my stone hatchet (seemed appropriate) and then promptly went about getting my reward for 50 kills with the navy revolver. I imagine most everyone else did that stuff years ago.

For the starling clip if you didn't know putting a plane in the water and essentially "destroying" it kind of makes it indestructible to blowing up, try it on director mode in story, if you submerge a jet in water and then spawn yourself somewhere on the map with the location option and then shoot a rocket at the jet it won't blow or come apart besides the flaps I believe.
