This song was directed to their sasaengs (stalkers), they've had it the worse... Girls breaking into their dorms, stealing underwears, taking pictures of them sleeping, kissing member, calling them nonstop, following them everywhere, even causing them to have car accident and let's not forget the whole Yunho poisoning incident (even tho that was done by an anti, not sasaengs).
