I don't think they were in the creative mode it's just that at some point Alan was tired of adding the health bar And if you ask me about how they continued their race underwater they just held their breaths but when we see The Second Coming getting ready to tnt himself out of the water we could see his breath lashing out in form of bubbles How did they took no hit? That's also a thing that Alan got tired of having to animate every time and it just wouldn't be clean to have them all flashing red every now and then
