Gutted … inconsistency with VAR and the rules on penalties … I felt confident we would get a result , this could be the strongest and most exciting team we’ve ever had but so far I would put this team on par with the likes ake, Wilson , king ? The more I’m watching this team the more I think a big club will come in for Iraola as where not going under the radar any more and more fans/people are starting to notice how good we are … Man Utd fans looked happy at the end with 1 point shows how far we have come … great show guys 🍒⚽️ Omid

We don’t need to change anything .. fantastic performance and Iraola has us on track for our best Premiership points tally. Referee terrible, we should have had the penalty as it continued into area .. no problem here .. Europe still on 🍒❤️🍒❤️🔥👌

VAR doesn't step in for 1st pen which is an utterly terrible decision but can't wait to get involved for the 2nd, says it all really. The one positive is that Ten Hag will keep his job, Man U will continue to be rubbish, and they will not win the Premier League for a very long time.

Great to see Jeff on the channel again! Agree with all that was said. When the first pen was given, as Smith didn’t really argue I assumed it was clear cut. After seeing it back it is actually a disgrace. As Tom said; never seen a ref so desperate to give a pen. We look forward to the apology on Monday.

Blew it , blew it, blew it, blew it, . That's how many goals could have been scored in the first half and game put to bed. Then absolute premier league fix at end of the game, that was a penalty, ref couldn't even go to monitor, come on stop the nonsense. Very frustrating day

@@sitaylor the one that started on the edge of the box and continued inside the box and was given by the ref and was not a clear and obvious mistake so VAR should have left well alone. But then I think you know that.

We were cheated out of a penalty once a again these refs are so inconsistent.For there penalty that was disgusting see gets deflected off Ryan leg so this ref doesn't know the rules.So he should look at rules of the game.When they do get it wrong they should be fined or demoted.They are killing the game.Up the cherries 🍒🍒🍒

The refs and VAR ARE consistent - in favour of the “Big Six” against the smaller clubs. The PL don’t even try to hide it now.

Yet another game of missed opportunities! Day in, day out, our guys can hit a Practice Goal the size of a Dog Kennel, but can’t hit a full sized one? We absolutely MUST put more of these chances away, to counteract the inevitable Refereeing decisions that mostly go against us! Should have been 4 or 5 up, by half time. A couple of seasons ago, I would have given my right arm for a 2-2 against the Red Devils! Yesterday WE WERE ROBBED! By far the better team, but playing against 12 men on the pitch, plus a few more in the VAR bunker! If we play like this right up to the final whistle at Chelsea, we could be knocking on the door of 50 Points? Dare to dream! 🍒⚽️Up The Cherries⚽️🍒

I thought Kerkez was amazing! He was so far forward, taking shots. I think that shows more than squad depth, but how important player versatility has been. With a little more clinicality or just plain luck, our draws can turn into wins. (and yin and yang, own goal gift for a win, soft penalty/no pen for a draw)

I was in the ted mac directly behind smithys handball, and sorry, but it was a definite handball, he moved his elbow towards the ball. It was a reaction, nothing bad about smithy, it happened so quick, but he definitely moved his elbow toward the ball 110% We were all over them 2nd half apart from couple of minutes at the end, we deserved the win! UTCIAD 🍒

Ps - after the penalty was given, as they were getting ready to take it, smithy was talking to maguire, where he did the action of moving his elbow out, like he was showing maguire what happened

Fair result would have been 2-0 Cherries. United first goal should have been disallowed due to at least 2 free kick shouts prior to the goal and as for the penalty well that was a joke. Man United and referee combined still couldn't beat Little Old Bournemouth.

What can you say the penalty maybe defenders have to tie there hands behind there backs. Yes the challenge started outside box but carried on inside so should be a penalty did we not have one same against us. Plus match of the day pundits can do one.

It didn't carry on inside the box. The impact was outside & they then fell into one another. A challenge carrying on into the box needs further contact from the defender, there wasn't any.

@@sitaylorThere is still contact going into the box, either way it was not a clear and obvious error and VAR had no right to intervene. If the position was reversed the handball would never of been given and the penalty at the end would of stood.

@@acb64 No, there really isn't. The only contact in the box is the Bournemouth player falling in to the Utd player after the initial contact. It's very obvious.
