Her name is Elise Ryd, little fact when Nightwish was looking for a replacement singer in 2005 after Tarja left Elise send an audition tape and the guys loved it, but at the time she was very young and had no live stage experience, so she wasn't chosen, switch to 2012 Nightwish on US tour in Denver their singer Anette gets really sick and was taken to the hospital like 2 hours before Nightwish is to take the stage, so Nightwish decide to do the show using the female backing singer from their support band, and one of them was Elise Ryd, and she killed it so much talent. Good reaction. I love watching people that have just found out about this band. They are very unique. Amaranthine is probably their most popular song. Although Fearless is one of favorites from there newer material. Being military Sabaton is definetly a band you should check out. Bismark is a good start for them.

They classify themselves as Melodic Death Metal, but to my ears it's a clever mix of Metal and EuroDisco. Not my taste, but good. The two male singers have been exchanged over the years.

If you enjoy military stuff in music and you like more melodic metal, I can warmly recommend Sabaton. They are also a Swedish metal band and they write their songs based on actual events from military history. Wars, specific battles, acts of heroism. They don't take sides or try to force a message through their music, they just tell the stories, like metal bards. :) They are absolutely amazing! A good place to start, with another epic music video is Bismarck, a song about a the German battleship from WWII.
