I so happy to make this journey with you. Say what you feel and don't worry about the haters. When Angelina sets her sights on a goal, she achieves it, no matter how unlikely it may seem to others. She said she would sing on Norway's Got Talent, then the Nobel Peace Prize, and singing for Simon. Someday, far into the future, she will show the angels how it's done.

The judges all went up on stage to hug her and Simon commented 'I don't think you know how good you are.' I think she knows, there is such a childlike innocence to her that is just so incredible. I believe she will stay independent, no one is going to control her.

I'm delighted you are back to Angelina again. I was beginning to think you had deserted us. Yes, she is was 13 at this performance, as we know but it is not unnatural for the judge to be surprised.. She became 14 on 10 January 2006. The fact that she is 6ft' 1 inch in height would lead people to think she was older. Simon Cowell was correct in saying he had never heard this version before, because Angelina rewrote it for the performance. She took the words of the lyrics she wished to use and then rearranged them, and then rearranged the music, until she was sure that both truly reflected what she wanted to achieve in her performance. I found it hauntingly beautiful. Please don't leave it so long before you react to another Angelina performance. We all miss you.

I always love your reactions to Angelina! Of course Simon had never heard this version - it was all Angelina's. She rewrote a bit to remove negative forces, and rearranged it so that she could show, in only two minutes, what she could do, but kept the meaning of the song in honor of Freddie. It was an absolutely brilliant arrangement sung with precision and emotion. Freddie was very sick when he wrote this and had seen many of his friends pass first. It is a very honest song. You said you were nervous for her before you watched the performance. But, Angelina always delivers at 100%, no matter what the stage.

I follow her 6 years now, since she was 7 years old and she won Norway got talent. I listen all her covers and with her smokey , raspy voice and her emotions when she sing, all covers are better than original songs. I just love her. She is amazing now and she will be huge legend one day. This performance is stuning. Even Queen Woows her performance on Twitter. Will be mesmerizing if Angelina and Queen do this song together one day.

Naturally I love Angelina, I'm from Norway, I fell in love with her when I happened to see her on Norway's got talent, when she was seven years old and performed "Gloomy Sunday". That performance amazed me. The next one, "Bang Bang", won me over forever. I agree with you that she's above Simon Cowel and that part of the industry, but I also recognize that "his" show made her popular in Norway. She's wanted to perform for him since she was three -3- years old. Wow, who even thinks that thought at that age? She's done it. I am happy to see he was impressed. Now she can move on... hopefully. In less than a week, the vid jumped to 9.8 MILLION views till now , but America's Got Talent has now blocked it for "copyright" issues. How unfair. So much negative things are said about Simon Cowell and I've seen a lot of condescending smirks when Angelina says she's waited for 10 years to sing to him. Now this isn't specifically about You, Emerson, but I'd like to take the opportunity to say this: She's ~4 years old and having a passion for music so strong that she like singing just as much as she likes to breath. In the evenings she watches tv with the family and it's showing the _Got Talent_ shows from different places around the world, and there are people, not just grown ups, but also young people almost her age, singing in front of Simon, and she says: Please mommy, can I go sing for Simon? Of course her mother says: No dear, you're still too young. - So can I go to Norway's Got Talent? - Maybe in a year or two, we'll see .... So in the following years, this little girl dedicates several hours every day practicing her skill, she takes musical lessons as extra curricular activity in preschool and finally in her 8th year her mommy says it's ok to go to NGT. It's not Simon Cowell, but its the second best thing in her mind. We all know how it went in that competition and it stimulated her even more to follow her childhood dream. Now finally, 10 years later (one could say its all her life, because who has conscience memories from before 4 yo?), she's on the stage with Simon Cowell in the audience and she's about to sing ..... and this is when people give her a smirk and starts trash talking Simon. I'm no big fan of Simon Cowell myself, and I think this whole idea with the _Got Talent_ franchise and to _compete_ in art is a bit weird, but I still show respect for Angelina's dream and congratulate her to finally have it fulfilled after so many years. For a child to see through all the BS, pardon the expression, in this TV show and it's desperate need for sensations, I think one need to be at least 10 - 12 years old, but at this time, Angelina has had so much interaction with great names in the music industry and learnt enough to realize, that maybe her dream is a bit hollow, but still a good way to reach out to millions of people with her longing to sing, not just as a career, but also because she simply want's to share her passion for music with other people and bring them love and happiness through her voice.

If she is singing about herself, it's even more amazing: Her time has finally come to leave her folks behind and to go out and show the world her music. Although it's scary it's aching, she has got to do this. No matter what happens. Listen to it again, and have that in mind.

I think she changed the meaning of the song, not by "changing" the lyrics, but by *omitting* certain parts. E.g. "Mama, I just killed a man", which was not included. And yeah, she most probably did the rearrangement herself. And yes, I agree that she is bigger than AGT, but as far as I have understood from other commenters, she's created a new jazz CD outside of AGT and is really using AGT as a promotion channel. So, in a way, she's actually turned the tables on them. If that's true, I love it! I really hope - and think - she will do another amazing performance in the final. It's hard to predict with this kind of show, but I hope it'll be a landslide, that she blows everyone else away.

Thankfully her parents have made the right decisions to protect her thus far from the music industry heavy rollers, allowing her to have a normal childhood as possible. She is older but still a child and they will have to continue to protect her. Truth be told, she would have gotten an early sampling of what the music industry managers are really like after her winning in Norway. She made it through that contract so .... I am so happy for her. Her support base is solid - family, fans and well wishers.

This was just one more turning point in it. I don't particularly like AGT either but it provided Angelina with an international exposure she may not have had yet. And don't you worry. I agree about her being on AGT. But it will be good for her career. She is very grounded and her parents won’t let things get out of hand. Really it would be better if she loses. Because then she can do her own thing and everybody will know about her. Some of the biggest stars to come out of AGT. Have lost. They went on to be bigger stars than the people who won. Hey Emerson. I've missed you. This INCREDIBLE performance already has over 10M views on several You Tube channels. I'm glad you got into the interpretation of the song, because not enough has been said about what Angelina was attempting to say with her version. So here's my take on that, which I have posted on other reaction channels. Yes, her performance was FANTASTIC! But what she did to that song is just a AMAZING! She's only allotted a certain amount of time, so she goes through the song and selects lines that resonant the message she is trying to convey----how lost love can crush the will to live (IMO). That's a completely different theme than the original. So will other singers now cover her version? If she becomes a superstar, and I believe she will, then I think this will become known as the Angelina Jordan version of "Bohemian Rhapsody". I'm reminded of how Eva Cassidy became famous with her incredible version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow", which is now the standard for that song. And coincidentally (or maybe not), that's the song playing in the background when Angelina gets the golden buzzer. I just love that kind of "coincidence". I love your devotion to Angelina, and all that you have done to promote her career. There's a lot of people jumping on the band wagon now (and that's a good thing), but you and several others have been there when she needed the support and exposure. I agree with you that Angelina don't need AGT. She will do absolute fine without them. AGT overrate themselfes when they take the honor for "giving birth to a star" and "changing her life". I would say that AGT has not brought Angelina much other than some more exposure. Angelina was already a star before the show..

She is captivating, indefinable, and brilliant! Yes, we’ve know it, but they are being very careful as to what, and how her talent is exposed. AGT, don’t like it either, but it really exposes her to the U.S. We will see I guess how it all works out, but winning that show is not important to her career, but the exposure to this market is. We all hope she remains as she is, innocent, humble, but she has already begun to show changes if nothing other than just in the sophistication of her performances. She growing up, can’t stop that. Beautiful young lady with unlimited talent and grace.
