Yes, a ten year old can make a grown man cry. There is no shame in it. Angelina has been making grown-ups cry since she was seven. She has a unique ability to take the emotions of a song and pour them directly into your soul.

Truly remarkable awesome vocal performance by Angelina who was a week shy of her 11th birthday when she recorded this demo. Sadly team Angelina never officially released this. I believe it would have been a huge hit but now it is a part of the legend that is Angelina Jordan.

I don't know why I never got a notification for this, or even without it, how I missed it, but I suppose better late than never. Yeah, this is one of my many favorites from Angelina. I've always said, in my 66 years I've never heard a singer that puts as much feeling and emotion in to their songs as Angelina does. The song itself is amazing, and with Angelina singing it, it becomes that much more amazing, but when you stop and remind yourself that this was a 10 year old singing... BOOM!! It just blows it out of the water. Great reaction, and I find that Angelina makes me emotional on just about every song.

I sincerely hope this is released some day; some have indicated that the lyrics are troublesome, but Gloomy Sunday was originally banned. Some of the greatest art has been banned; censored; and destroyed throughout history. Interpretation is an individual response that makes us uniquely human; beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I myself find this very emotive and beautifully rendered by Angelina; among my favorites; love your heartfelt reaction. Thank goodness, I'm not the only one who closes their eyes when listening to her songs. Her early appearances before 'Bohemian Rhapsody' belief her talent and it was so hard to see someone so young sing like that. It was distracting. I glad you found this one. I think it’s one of her most underrated songs. As you’ve read, she was ten when this was recorded. I feel when Angelina reached ten years old, she was no longer a fantastic child singer, but just one of the best singers I ever heard. This song is a great demonstration of that, but there are dozens more. This one showcases a couple specific talents she has. She handles adult themes beautifully even as a child. Secondly, I have never heard a singer convey melancholy as well as Angelina. Yes, she can make you cry with many of her songs, and she will makes you cry the twentieth of thirtieth time you hear it. Try her Adele covers of A Million Years Ago or Someone Like You. Also, her cover of Rihanna’s Stay kills that song for anyone else. You’ll hear her beautiful voice with just an acoustic guitar behind her-stunningly good.

This song was written by Baby Fuzz. This video was made as a demo for him to consider but at the last moment Angelina's mother decided they would not do it because of the suicide at the end. Her family is extraordinarily protective of her, which I am so very very grateful for. Her contract with Republic is that they will not put her out in the Music Biz until she's done with school, which I believe is sometime this year. Baby Fuzz ended up doing a version of the song himself .. but this is so absolutely exquisite .. and by that time had been shelved. Just recently, some fan or someone .. found it and 'Leaked" it. At first the family was trying to stop it but it caught on so fast. Hopefully, Baby Fuzz will consider changing the very end .. perhaps her deciding to NOT hold herself down ... I truly hope so because it is such a beautiful, beautiful song and only Angelina fans (recently only) got to see it. It needs to be seen and heard and felt by all. I'm still holding out for you song written by Brandon Lowry( also goes by Baby Fuzz), Ronny Janssen, and Frida Amundsen they went to 10-year-old Angelina with it and Angelina made this audio cut (pictures were added later by a fan "great job") but Angelina's family didn't like the ending lyrics referencing suicide and asked for a lyric change from the authors and they refused so Angelina refused her cut. (The song was released by Baby Fuzz later)Then the video was leaked, (pirated) from Angelina later on, also Angelina has stated she would never sing the song again. Brandon Lowry (it is sed Lowery has no problem) with the U-tube video being used. It's a terrible shame as it could have been a mega-hit. My favorite AJ song what a shame about the drama.
