Yes, he had the eye but momoshiki said to him in the vision that he had strongly inherited otsutsuki powers when he look at his eye. He said that because of the eye. Not because he killed him. That was their argument and the guy reading the manga was wrong (ah the satisfaction from that).

Kokkelikirva I think his friend misunderstood him, because he thought that the line "those who killed a god will never live the same or somenthing" was refering to the fact that is unique or very rare to kill a god but he missed the meaning; those who killed a god acquired a power named "Kāma". Thats why he never will be the same or he never will live the same way.

4:38 the reason why subtitle writes “sword” is because the scroll used by Sasuke is full of the word“劍” and that is how “sword” writing in Chinese. Pronounced as “ken” in Japanese. Just like the pronunciation of “shuriken” ‘s ken. And shuriken in Chinese is writing as “手裏劍”which means “the sword that can be hold in the palm” Forgive my bad English😰

That something happend because he killed him lol.. What momoshiki meant is that people who defeat a god cannot remain ordinary individuals. He left his curse mark on boruto giving him access to alot more chakra reserve which will help him develop his jougan (the eye of boruto). FYI Sasuke saw the entire conversation thru his rinnegan

Naruto = Hagoromo and Hinata = Hamura so... add all together... strong Otsusuki in Boruto... get it 👌🏽👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽😁😁 you see with Hinata being Hamura... His eye is the jougan he got it because Hinata as his mother is a descendant of hamura and naruto as his father is a descendant of hagoromo…it’s like with mixing the natures of Asura and Indra and getting the rinnegan so the left guy was right he already had Ōtsutsuki power just from his birth

Also, the fight choreographer for the fight said that Naruto was using Wing Chun. Which was amazing to see, shows that Naruto hadn’t slacked on his Taijutsu.

I think the guy with the cap was trying to talk about the mark that Momoshiki places on his hand rather than the eye. He’s always had that and we see it early on in the series but we didnt know what it was till now.

If you saw the movie, “Naruto: The Last” it even says in there that Hinata, and not just Hinata but the whole Hyuga clan, are descendants of Hamura’s bloodline which is why Boruto inherited that eye. It’s probably a subset of the bayakugan right, a weaker version of it maybe but in all honestly idk. I’d like to know what that eye does though cuz idk wtf it does lol.

If u seen episode 1 of boruto in the start of that episode u can see boruto has sasuke's sword and cloak while fighting so yea he's taking after sasuke
