This is just the same as a music video. Their "live" version is just as processed and cut as any other music video. This isn't a raw vocal performance. There is 100% post processing and pitch correction happening. Now a days the microphone itself can do a lot of auto-correction by itself and you can see the computers the microphones are plugged in to doing the processing.
