Man I grew up on dave Allen. My mum's favourite comedian. I have fond memories of her crying with laughter I was lucky enough to see him live in late 80s early 90s. Brilliant guy. I'm glad he's not been forgotten with guys like you reacting to his humour

Fear based religion & culture. This reminds me of a Painting of a Conquistador who landed on a shore holding a Croxefix on on hand and a Sword on the other. And the funny thing is when they tell you about the 10 Commands given by moses and that you have Free Will. ... Into the Hole he goes! 🤣 knowing a lot of inconsistency I'm even starting to think that the word Holy derived actually from the word Hole, full of holes that don't hold water. Half truth & half lies.

What Dave did so masterfully here is introduce the doctrines of christianity to a child who knows nothing of it to illustrate the absurdity of it all. If we didn't introduce these ideas to impressionable kids and waited until they learned how to think critically, religion would all but completely die off as any person using reason would dismiss the claim outright.

How can you be Christ like, knowing that his father was intolerant , " sin is missing the mark", and used his perfect flesh as a brutal sacrifice, which is what a narcissist would do?

Why on earth do you believe in something that you think is to complex for humans to understand, while humans are the ones telling you the very thing you assert not grasping? Or that the story needs to be further twisted and censored to children so that they would buy it to begin with?
