There is something mysterious about dimash , he hv an enchanted voice , something about it that u feels like never enough of him singing . Once u know dimash and his music its hard to pull back , u will see music in a whole different color than one that is known to u . Of course catchy music will automatically tap ur feet to dance but after sometimes its faded on its own as another catchy music produced n u shift to that . But with dimash , ull never get enough with his voice n his song , i listen to em all the time n still experience those goosebum from head to toe everytime .

He said he felt like he had broken glass in his throat when he sang this. Amazing he pulled it off. After this performance his voice totally gave out, it was so important to him to try his best to do this emotional song justice. Don't feel bad most who understood the background of this cried, I did myself as a man.

I love your reaction, and your life story is very moving. God bless you and I'm glad everything turned out ok. As powerful as his performance on the Singer was, his performance of this song at Bastau from 2017. between the amazing water fountain stage and the most powerful performance of this song I have ever heard...it jerks the tears out of me every time I watch it.

I love y’all for this video! What a powerful story about your mom being an angel to your kids during the wreck. Amazing. Dimash talks in depth about his singer performance of this song in his recent interview on his channel. It’s about an hour long interview but some kind dear added subtitles 💕 very worth watching ☺️

I did a reaction video to Gloria Wu's version of this song (though I didn't know how to put the video on the screen.) and had a similar reaction. It's a wet sloppy mess! I had no idea what was about to hit me when the story of the song appeared. I just broke. Feel free to click my face over there and watch my reaction. Just realize, I don't have the video of Dimash on screen. OH, I love his performance at The Singer on an emotional level more than the Bastau version because I felt like he WAS the boy. The school uniform, complete with shorter pants, just brings to life a visual of a little boy wailing with the pain of loss, uncertainty, and the bitterness of anger. And the orange lighting filling the room pulled me into that moment at Daybreak when he last saw his parents.... where his heart still lies. Thank you guys for this amazing reaction!

I think that part of the resonance of this for Dimash is not that he has felt a loss like the little boy but rather he feels so blessed by the love and support of the family that he is able to project the pain and anguish he feel if he lost that.

I’m also glad your family is safe,please keep reacting to the Behind Scenes of other Dimash song, I don’t think there is in my opinion a bad performance by Dimash,some other may telling to skip certain songs from the Singer but I’ll advise not he will always surprises you, he more than high notes,incredible lyrics,he also an entertainer in some songs he such wanted people to see another side of him,to dance ,songs like uptown funk ,a lot people said it one his weakest performance he didn’t sing some many high notes but people dance,other song even better and more recent is Give your Love (Dimash Original,he show some dance moves in the one)he definitely enjoy it Please all Dimash,Enjoy the journey.

Dear Regina & Sabrina, thank you so much for watching the story & performance with subtitles first. It is the only place for people to understand the true reason for the song & the trouble Dimash had just before the performance. After watching story & words for this song & Autumn Strong, every time since that he performs either song as a woman I can't stop crying. It is so sad that some reactors get convinced to ONLY react to the Bastau version & don't know the story or the words and a lot of them only smile proving they don't understand. I cry every time I hear this and gosh, your story made me cry even more, then in happiness to hear your daughter is fine. Ah life is so fragile. Dimash's words about being content resonate deeply with me. Most of us don't ask for much. Health for us and our loved ones, small things that make us happy and life is good. Dimash ainda estava doente na primeira apresentação, apesar das 5 injeções de cortisona, aplicadas diretamente em suas cordas vocais, ainda não estava recuperado, tanto que logo após a apresentação, ficou novamente sem voz. Mas fez uma belíssima apresentação!! Já em seu primeiro concerto solo "BASTAU" , ele estava com toda energia! Foi espetacular!! Essa música triste, na bela voz e interpretação de Dimash ficou extraordinária!! Inigualável!! 👏🏾👏🏿👏🏽👏🏽👏🏻👏🏼👏🏼🎶🎶🎶😍😍🇧🇷

I find the daybreak from the Singer to be haunting and from Bastau to be emotional yet strong. I loved them both for different reasons they always make me tear up and often cry. Reminds me of my mother. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and reactions with us. 😊

Bastau means Beginning in Kazakh - it was his first big solo concert in his homeland - a childhood dream come true. You should see him singing Daididau at Bastau - it's a traditional Kazakh song and the emotions really caught up with him during that one, he was fighting with tears by the end. You will love it girls.
