Louis has a Doncaster accent, and his accent shines through his singing more than the other lads. It really shouldn’t make a difference in how you rate him, but originally it will make someone’s voice higher pitched and more unique. Sorry if that didn’t make sense lol

Louis really never got to shine the way he can now. His work and writing with 1D will always be amazing, but when I listen to his solo music I hear how much we missed, but how much we have to look forward to. He has one of those voices that just is unique and captivating and doesn't sound like anyone else; I'll take that any day all day. Louis is the man !!!

In the group, Louis’s voice was like adding fresh lemon to anything: it enhances and makes it fresher and cleaner and unique. On his own, his voice is golden lemon honey and his lyrics are strong and beautiful and he does incorporate that punk style in his work. His voice to me is really really beautiful and one of a kind.

I think it's really important to point out that Louis wrote 80% of one direction songs. He also carries the chorus in every single song. Also his solo music is fantastic, Out of all the boys in one direction I want to say his album Walls might be my favorite.

I love all of their albums. It's *free therapy* There's Sunshine from Liam, Well so many songs from Zayn, Niall This town, flicker, seeing Blind and the Heartbreak weather in general... Louis with his INCREDIBLE Album, sorry I do listen it too much, and Finally Harry, who's just *incredible* also my eternal crush 😍 (😂) U know what? I'm not even sure who's my crush, all of them are my crushes. The word for them is incredible, and I couldn't put any of them down, cause...sorry I almost lost it, my fangirl side started to come up, but hell you know 😂😂, They're just fire. So... No need to put any of them down, cause they're already the best. _In their own way_

Tbvh I have always described louis' voice as strong, like it's so unique it's strong. His voice literally gives an impact and like power to the song. There was this video where he lost his mic on a live concert so the rest of the boys were singing and it just kinda sounded so dull (even tho they were singing like an upbeat song) and then he found his mic and started singing and boom, it just became so energetic and powerful idk how to describe it, that's what his voice gives to the songs, I love all of them, they all sing fucking angelic but louis' voice just gives that last point of perfection needed and all 5 of them combined makes oneD so fucking perfect. Liam also said once that louis' part were almost the toughest to sing and I believe it was because louis has got that unique voice, it might not fit everywhere but where it does, it just makes it the most angelic thing ever. Also his voice has developed a lot, I highly recommend you to watch his Away from home festival performances, the difference is visible. It's even more angelic now and just perfect. Louis is my fave, I'm not gonna lie there's something about his music thats so very optemistic and vulnerable and I just love that . He is a lyrical genius. His voice is just very comforting to me. Kill my mind, walls, copy of a copy of a copy and Brave are some of my faves.

Louis' voice is the only one I can recognise on 1D songs. It's really distinctive, really nice tone. He was really underrated by mgmt and was overshadowed by the others. Glad hes done his solo stuff and had chance to shine. You are spot on with your comments 😊

Louis’ voice is super unique and that’s what makes 1D sound different. All of the members have something different to offer, and in a whole, they give us everything. Not to mention Liam and Louis writing a bunch of songs.

Louis make the main difference in all the songs, if you listen to their music without his voice you see that he’s very important. Like the show when he forgot to sing in rock me, we saw a big difference🥰

Omg please react to some of their solo stuff! And also please Niall and Liam. Also, Louis faced lots of discrimination by people and their management. Sometimes Louis’ and Niall’s mics would be cut off on purpose by the management because they “couldn’t sing”. Thanks for being so respectful of their different voices and styles! ✨

Out of all languages, you decided to speak with the truth… Hahaha, you should definitely check out his solo stuff! Sadly in 1D they used to give him very few lines, but I really feel that the songs he’s been doing reaaaally suit his unique voice 🙌🏼 (and in general are just bangers haha)
