Being living in Bulgaria for a year, I can tell you how this guy is a legend in his country. He is in pretty much all the ads. Berbatov was a artist, but this guy brought Barcelona and Bulgaria to the top

Hey bro. Just found this video of yours in my recommendation. Acroding to Britannica: "Stoichkov began his soccer career early. By age 12 he was playing for Maritza Plovdiv in the Bulgarian second division, where his goal-scoring prowess earned him a contract with the powerful CSKA Sofia in 1984. The following year Stoichkov and five others received lifetime bans for fighting during a match. The bans were lifted 10 months later, however, after Bulgaria qualified for the 1986 World Cup. Stoichkov did not play for that World Cup team, but in 1987 he made the first of 60 appearances as a Bulgarian international. I grew up watching cruyff to R9. Know almost all the players then.. bcoz they were all special. Here's one on Hristo when he was the capt of Barca.. An interviewer asked him why there were times he seems too lazy to chase the balls, passed from his team mates? His answer, "If my team mates want the ball, i pass exactly where they want it.. why can't they do the same for me? It is not clear from the video that he was one of the fastest wings in the world at the time.

He did win the Ballon d'Or over Roberto baggio. Roberto baggio missed a penalty in the world Cup and flunked his chance to win it. There are many other legions/great players worth checking out. Georgie Haji, Andriy Shevchenko, Gabriel batistuta, George Weah, Davor Šuker, Luís Figo, Paulo Costa. All great players but less unknown

"Kamata" means "the Dagger", and you can see why. Fierce competitor, deadly left foot. Arguably the GOAT in Bulgaria, although there is a fellow from the 1960s who died in a car crash too young that may have been better. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qcdyjamSqdLMnWw.html
