He starts to dance in the middle, because he sings “Nebenoriu šokt, bet man reikia šokt” - “Don’t wanna dance, but I must dance”. That’s why he starts dancing from that moment ;-) And LUKTELK means “Wait a bit”, and RYTOJ means “tommorow”.

Luktelk - Its a strange love song and ill try to translate it (btw theres some words which kinda hard to translate like: luktelk, laboj, etc).
