She might win Miss universe this year. I can see that she planned this meticulously. Ever since she lost in 2022. She’s been gathering ammunition to tackle the competition. She got really closed with MUT people. She even went to El Salvador last year to get a taste of the real competition. She got the blessing of the right wing man of Anne Jackasomething aka MU owner. She purposely used Thai language to answer the final Q&As to please the Thai people. She hired a well known Filipino designer (Rian Fernandez) to ensure the Pinoy fans will follow her journey. This girl is a threat. I’m telling you. I won’t be surprised if she takes the crown this year. She is strategic. This is the first time I’m seeing a Thai representative this meticulous and strategic.

Honestly, I think it's not fair to compare Opal with Veena. Opal's got a calm old soul even she's young. She behaved modest throughout the entire competition. She chose to answer in Thai because she wanted to make it relatable to her Thai audience and judges. Her English is fluent. She also speaks Spanish and Chinese. If you watch other speaking challenges of the competition, you'll see Opal spoke in English very eloquently. Her final answer was very sincere and genuine because she talked about her own project to help woman with breast cancer because she herself overcame breast cancer. Last year, I feel like Veena was trying too hard. Her answers, whether in Thai or English, weren't great or compelling. Just my personal opinion. So, I'm very content that Opal was chosen as Miss Universe Thailand this year. She's natural, calm, sincere, and intelligent.

She can speak Thai because she went to international school, and multiple languages. She chosen Thai language because there a handgroup of Thai judges that don’t truly understand English well. Opal did a smart moves and a necessary one …!!

Opal can speak Spanish, English and mandarin Chinese, all fluently. Plus size was vibrating during the swim competition 😅😂😂

Back in 2022, she was criticized during the keyword round that did not answer questions in Thai. One referee said that she did not know English. She therefore wanted her to speak Thai. For this reason, I consider this time she answered in Thai because she wanted to speak her message directly to the Thai audience
