These type of societies exist in each and every State of india 😂 Even in UP and Bihar too Northeast India is full of these type of society from starting days like in sikkim, Manipur, Meghayala, etc

Atleast 1000 societies like these in India especially delhi ncr … south delhi has some of the most magnificent villas in India . Jaypee greens in noida , karma Lakeland’s or Tatvam villas in gurgaon are just few of the examples

Aise chatte tropically country me banti hai. Those are mud tiles aka traditional indian style house design. Those mud tiles on roof keeps house cool even in summer when sun hits. And in rainy season since tile get wet it makes home cooler
