Great reaction, this really is an amazing song, easily amongst the best of the year. I love that the song has so many layers, and each time I listen or watch the song, or even think about it, I notice something new that I hadn't previously. The song/performance also covers so many different important issues, I genuinely think there is at least one thing that everyone can relate to. I just hope that people don't write this off as a joke entry about a woman washing her hands and singing about Meghan Markle, as that would be a shame. But hopefully, the performance is eye-catching enough that it makes people look more into it and recognise the real depth that the song has.

At the begining of song the real inverted latin words are "Mens enfermos in corpore sano" - "A sick mind in a healthy body". Everything that follows in the song speaks about it - obsession with physical look (Megan Markle's hair), hypochondria (spots on the face coud be enlarged spleen problems...) Covid 19 sign on the screen, counting steps (OCD) with a dog out of quarantine (happy that she is allowed to walk out of quarantine, not to much far and long) and also satisfied that she doesnt need to think also about her heartbeats, thanks to nervous system, - God's creation - "God give us health both physical and mental (She is praying)", and constantly mentioning that " the artist must be healthy", while she washing her hands (The main WHO recommendation), clapping and make crazy hand signs. She then says that she does not have a booklet (In Serbia it is a name for a medical card), literally translated - she said that she does not have a card. RTS translated it in terms of health innsurance. And it could be a Covid pass card. She doesn't have a Covid pass, so they can't follow her, all "in the name of health". Then she says that the artist CAN be healthy, and then the Ukrainian flag colours appears and at that moment the Covid sign also dissapered. She then concluded: In a healthy body, the body IS healthy. And now what? A weak mind in a healthy body A sad soul in a healthy body A desperate mind in a healthy body A frightened mind in a healthy body And now what we shall do? A real post-Covid song. She is mocking the New World Order and globalism. Its a big critique of all we survived during the Covid madness (created from some bio-war-lab-factory) The song is talking about mental health after Covid 19 2-years long madness. Noone cared about mental health. She mentioned that everyone can understand the song in the way they want, it certainly doesn't just touch Covid time, but that's how I understood it. Mental health has been neglected for many years. Today is much more important in mass media what is the secret of Megan Markle's healthy hair.

You're a great man you even googled about Marina Abramovich. The meaning of life is to explore and always learn something new. Everyone is talking about hand washing on stage. At the end of the song there are several Latin quotes one of them is "a sick mind in a healthy body", if we remember what we did these two years we were constantly washing our hands even if we shake hands with someone we would immediately look for where to wash our hands. Did it affect our mind? For sure! This is just my opinion on hand washing. The song is by no means about the covid but about our state of mind and that is just one small layer in the song by my opinion. The very beginning of the song is a Latin quote spoken revers. There are a lot of layers in the song to research. Everyone can interpret the text in their own way and that is the real point of art.

You are spot on, bravo! Wikipedia covered some of it, but I find new layers every time I read/hear the lyrics. You are also spot on wrt bringing a piece of art to Eurovision :-)! She is definitely stimulating all kinds of debate (art, music, health care, pop culture, mental health, etc.) already, and will definitely provoke more, whether the song does well or flops in Turin. So, mission accomplished, this is what good art should do. My favorite parts are 1. The appreciation of a regular walk with her dog, while not worrying about her heartbeat because it works on its own, and then praying that it continues, as soon as she thinks of that fact, 2. Being spooked by not having insurance but then listing some things that may not be negative about the situation, such as being invisible, someone "they" cannot track and "take care of", 3. The final part that I think is vaguely COVID-related, in the sense that we have survived the pandemic physically and are nominally fine, but damaged and afraid, and now what?

This is sooooóó good!!! Real art, bravo! There are more than 2-3 different, important topics in the song and even more interpretations. It needs listening/ watching 4-5x to understand the metaphorical meaning (this isn't an usual la-la-laa song). 1. Megan: Rich people/ contrast in lifestyle, "beauty", their artificiallity and us, ordinary people on the other side. 2. Washing hands: in Slavic nations it emphasises how the "authorities/governments" "washing hands" or not taking responsibility for the wellbeing of the ordinary people (water washes everything/every dirt from their hand/authorities hands). 3. Last 2 years & Covid-19 measures, people were locked at home, directed to wash hands/face etc. in order to keep themselves healthy but at the same time them 5 people in dark clothes standing & watching?! These are the authorities. 4. "Let the heart beating..." we are actually left alone, nobody cares about ordinary people. 5. Find a video with English subtitles and read what is she singing in her last 3-4 sentences in Latin!!!! This is actually the finale..." ill/sick mind in the healthy body" = we became unwell/ill because of the restrictions during last few years...the ongoing lockdowns across the planet created so many mental health problems. 6. Now after hearing/ understanding last 3 sentences, go to the beginning and start again... here come the rich people (Megan)... they can be "beautiful" ...bla,bla... but in the end coping them, celebrities makes us all artificial and we lost our mind, ourselves, we gave/sold our souls because of copying various top models and celebrities and wanting to be/look like them. :)

I love how hard you are researching for the meaning of the song and the reference to Marina Abramovič's performance (while also forgetting to turn the CC on 😂). It really is an iconic act....and a complex piece of art. It made us in Serbia in love with it after seeing it in semi-finals...and it unexpectedly won in the finals by a landslide (although there were 2 other acts that people were talking about before that and everyone thought one of those 2 would win). We are proud and excited to share this masterpiece with the rest of the Europe. I agree it is bound to be a Eurovision classic, no matter what it's ratings turn out to be in the end. And we all know it can go either way since it's kind of a wildcard and it depends on how viewers see it. I wouldn't say it's making fun of Eurovision while also representing it, although that's an interesting view as well. I'd say it's just an alternative style of music with satirical lyrics... Something unusual for Eurovision stage, but it could still have it's place there, Eurovision is all about open-mindedness. The artist is actually a very sweet and down to earth person who's just making a commentary on our society...not judging it. At least, that's what I picked up from her interviews and some of her other songs. Her art is supposed to make us think... She doesn't provide answers. She just makes us look at ourselves from a different angle and wonder if we are ok with what we are seeing.
