I accidentally stumbled upon this song a couple years ago. Now I'm hooked on synthwave. Timecop, Midnight, FM84, Nina, Kalax, At 1980, Paper Kites, and the list goes on and on.. And I'm a metal fan.

Just came across your reaction video. I loved that you just watch it all, take it in, don't talk during the watch, and just wait until it's all done, settled in and then you give your reaction. This song really hits and the La La Land mashup was done so incredibly well that it brings one of those wonderful wash overs of emotion, a feeling of true life, a happy to be here and alive moment. Always tears come when I take in this video. Thanks for sharing.

That was 2020 when I discovered the midnight and this song. I am an old soul until I saw this La La Land clip. Then yeah... I became a huge fan of this band. I hope I can watch them live in the Philippines. This is my favorite song while writing a novel

I've never seen the Midnight in concert, it pains me that I missed a chance to see them this past year. I have pictured them performing this song live and when they say "The Midnight" I hope they would pause the band and let the crowd yell out "Midnight", it would be just perfect.

I very fortunately got to see The Midnight play this year in Sydney, Australia. The duo and their band are absolutely magical. They played this song last and everyone held their hands up in the crowd (like a gospel choir) and forever that will be a moment in time I’ll never forgot. Felt pure and unified. Music is just the best! ☺️🙌

Just seen The Midnight in London a couple of days ago, they have evolved into a fantastic tight band, each song comes across like an Anthem, but this track live is otherworldly, the crowd reaction was something else, love, love, LOVE The Midnight

Man this song gets me in the feels. I'm from California, born & raised and recently have been wanting to move out of this state because of the extremely high cost of everything. This song makes me miss Cali and I haven;t even left yet! lol 😂Beautiful beaches, palm trees 🌴& year round great weather.. it comes at a cost.

I’m from San Diego. Born and grew up there, and a huge surfer. I moved 3 years ago, and yes I miss it, but I always visit, and visiting is so much better than living! Imagine all the money you will save living somewhere else, and you can use that money to travel!

it sucks to do an idea like this but do it on a video that is such terrible talent like this one . DIGITAL GRAVITY IS THE BEST ORIGINAL MUSIC VIDEO EDITOR ON KZfaq AND HAPPENS TO BE ALL SYNTHWAVE. seriously i'm critical AF and there is a DISTINCT, NOTICABLE difference in editing choices and timing, to compliment the music and still tell a story, instead of THIS: RANDOM CLIPS THAT DONT TELL A STORY AND ARENT EVEN CUT TO THE BEAT. pathetic. i wish more people coould notice such things instead of being moved by sentimentality alone.
