Context for the olive oil thing. A couple months ago he said that he does keto, but hates cooking. Like actively despises doing it because he thinks it takes to much time. So for caloric supplements, he takes 2-4 shots of olive oil. He mentioned it on stream once and it became a bit

It was a lot more than a couple months ago. It was like a year and a half ago that he told us about it and he mentioned he had been doing it for months at that point. He has probably been doing it for over 2 years at this point
