In my opinion Five Finger Death Punch doesn't disappoint After Life is another great one edit: I agree with the whole power metal and industrial sound to it. and I do like the question of is it better to serve in peace or rule in misery

I think the deeper meaning here is for people to wake up and become aware. Like npc in a video game and his line "i wish someone would wake me up" Alot of lines drive me to believe this is the point here and its a good one. People need to be aware and stop being apathetic in life or pain is the only outcome they will receive.

Dave if you were trying to classify this music, I would say it is Djent or pretty close to Djent. Maybe so done else will correct me but it kinda gives me that feel like the instrumental Djent band ,The Korea

I would describe the band DragonForce as Power Metal. Think of the song Through the Fire and Flames.

I don't know why, as I'm not a religious man, but this song just slid Lucifer into my head. I can almost imagine a charge to "better to serve in heaven, or reign in hell"
