Don't you just love how J. None is rocking the crazy eyes in this? I don't know that anyone could have pulled off this character any better. These guys always do such amazing productions, both vocally and visually. Goes to show what a group of exceptional artists and generous Patrons can create, without the interference of any record industry garbage.

If you are a big Disney fan, at 54 seconds in, J holds the traditional sacrificial chicken and it is HeiHei from Moana! 🤣 (I didn't notice it until another viewer pointed it out. Also Aladdin's lamp is on the chair behind Eli in one scene. ) It is all those little details that makes it so enjoyable to watch over and over. Not only are they immensely talented, they take so much trouble to put in layer after layer in all their productions.

One of the things I love about this cover is how... tightly they follow the choreography of the original scene. Like, JNone does the little leg dance thing that Facilier does early on, toward the end, there's the swaying the head from side to side, and the way that it fades to black with the purple eyes... they put _so_ much work into this one, and it is amazing.

I was so happy that they were able to collab with J for this! He had his first leave from the navy last month and went from Virginia to Orlando to film this with them. Hoping there will be more collabs with him in the future when he has time 😊 great reaction, glad you enjoyed it! I thought they did an incredible job on this 💗

Among "The Big 4" Best of the Acapella World (Pentatonix, Home Free, VoicePlay and Voctave) VoicePlay continues to be by far the most creative with the visual production of all their videos.

J None came back and OWNED this song with his singing and sly smile. He even seems more confident and comfortable with the lead. The whole crew was great, as always and this was spot on. Even the set was as good as any stage. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

There were 3 baritones helping on this song. Tony helped with costumes and they are filming a lot at PattyCake Productions studios. Speaking of PattyCake can you react to their Villains Lair series? It’s so good plus it will get more people to watch so Tony and Layne can put out more episodes for season 2.

Yes the friends and Dr Fecilier are very creepy, Eli looks dapper ( but a little worryingly like Lenin) and Cesar just looks so sweet and innocent and young!

Really late commenting, but so neat to hear Eli's 'jazzy' voice - tho' I do love his Rock Tenor. He was amazing when Faciler 'sang' through him after the magic dust. Of course J None was spectacular, but we've heard him a little like this before, whhe sang a snatch of the song in one of the ACA 10's. So not surprised he owned it here. But I've not heard this style from Eli. It is possible he has done it before and I've not found it yet. I've only been listening to VoicePlay since this past September and their website is difficult to find older songs if you don't know the title for a search.

2:01 the slide ends on a slight full chest voice F1 Which makes it the lowest Geoff recorded legit 100% chest note. Although it's kinda brief, but still an F1

They did so great! It was so much fun. I love this song so much. Honestly, the whole Princess and the Frog movie is underrated imo. If you like the song, check out Thomas Sanders' Friends on the Other Side villain song Mashup. It is spectacular! And it's played really well. (I would be all over a reaction, hint, hint!)
