Zari was No 23 on the global chart of Spotify yesterday and it is the first song in greek to achieve that. She is amazing! ❤

This song is about the joy of life. It is based on traditional music from the islands and also includes arabic sounds - one of Marina's favourite mix. It talks about being happy and enjoy life and the final verse says "Stomp on death". This idea is included in various traditional and folk -"laika" as we call them - songs, and one of the phrases Greeks shout out when they enjoy themselves at a fest and dance is "Let Death die!", which sounds as an oxymoron, but it showcases our attitude to life and death.

Has 3 new songs alongside this one "STIN IYIA MAS" , Mixtape (where she disses a lot of people actually, 😂 it's a lot of Greek drama there) and then "Ah Thalassa" which is a beautiful song about her father who passed away just some months ago suddenly. 😮‍💨

More fun, happy side from Marina! The manly part of this song is the typical, traditional music of Greek islands, mostly from the Αιγαίο/ Egean side. I hope one day to show this kind of music at Eurovision. And yes, is the same park with several other video music clips. Plz react to her new song ah thalassa. Its a song about her father who passed away recently. Its a very moving and touching song even if you dont speak greek!!!
