Asalam o Alykum , Yazdan has already explained . so we cannot add more to it. Actually Sunni, Shia etc are Muslims. Islam teaches us unity, only the word Muslim has been used in the Quran. But people like these try to break us and divide us. Only the person who has knowledge can listen to everything on social media, otherwise people like these with little knowledge can drive us the wrong way . Allah doesn't order to respect every single religion, but Allah doesn't allow to disrespect any religion, there is big difference between these two things قال الله تعالى: وَلَا تَسُبُّوا الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ فَيَسُبُّوا اللَّهَ عَدْوًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ زَيَّنَّا لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ عَمَلَهُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ مَرْجِعُهُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿١٠٨﴾ Allah says: Surah al-An'am 108. And do not insult those they call upon besides Allah, lest they insult Allah out of hostility and ignorance. Thus We made attractive to every community their deeds. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them of what they used to do

Prophet said Muslims will become divided into 73 sects. But only one will enter paradise. A true Muslim should accept Allah (swt) and Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) and his teachings as well. It is insane that Shia group accepts Quran but not Sunnah. Though both are from our Prophet.
