When their in instrumental, they go fusion. The mask is Nohmen ( know men) different to Kabuki :)

カッコいい✨ 固定観念があって この楽器は この様な音楽に合うとかね。 でも、古くからある楽器が 現代の音楽に混ざり合うなんて最高ですよね✨ 改めて 和楽器バンドが 好きだし、古い楽器のかっこよさ❗美しさに気づかされました💖 でも、 どうなんだろ⁉️ これも 日本ポイのかな? なかなか 歴史や伝承してる方々の想いが 重なる事は 難しい様に思うんだけどね😅

Machiya plays a Sago guitar, it's a 33" scale baritone with 29 frets tuned BEADF#B, if you capo at the 5th fret it becomes a 25.5" scale guitar in standard E tuning

If you want to see something completely different from Wagakki Band (which is actually standard for WB, I suppose), try Kyoshu No Sora. It's a bare-bones instrumental with the guitarist singing.
