in the 2nd verse he is explaining how boys try to find meaning in things that have no value. Fathers are an important part of every kids life. they shape the way they see the world. they motivate boys to stay with family and love family. A boy without a father is deprived of that feeling of family and love. Saba Hameed, Faris's mother divorced her husband, leaving faris and mesha shafi without a father.

You should listen to more of Faris, His work is so layered. He put surface stories about attitude, swag and money but has layers of deeper meaning about society, trauma, frustration, dissatisfaction, redemption etc.

u cannot catch up everything while listenin to a song.. sometimes u cant hear clearly ... also english is not my mother tongue .. its my 3rd language .. so sometimes i dont get clearly whats said unless i read
