Rosalía es española, su base para cantar es el flamenco (música folclórica española), tiene actualmente 31 años, pero en esa actuación en vivo tenía 27 años. Siempre canta en directo. Rosalía is one of the most (if not the most) versatile singer nowadays. One day she sings a song with these opera vibes, another day she drops a flamenco vibes song, or reggaeton, or Pop-rock, or beautiful ballads… this is why many people love her but also this is why some people judge her. But her point his: “there is not one music better than others”. I recommend you to hear “De plata” live for a more rock-flamenco fusion, Bulerías to get more into flamenco influence, if I recommend you a ballad I’d say G3N15 or Como un G. To hear her most experimental side I’d say to listen to Cuuuuute, or Saoko, and to hear her playful side I’d say Bizcochito or Con Altura. She is amazing.

She is supremely versatile and hard to box in… To gradually get into her my next suggestion would “De Plata” then “Juro Que” then “Malamente” then “La combi Versace” This is in my opinion a good way to see some of the styles she goes to. If you want to go to the complete opposite of this song, her biggest hit “Con Altura” would be a great example of how broad her range in genres is. But IMO she doesn’t have a bad song. Hopefully you check a couple more.
