Congrats! Seeing a MMM concert is the #1 item on my bucket list. Hard to believe they'd do a world tour without including NYC and if they do and you take the react crew I'll try to say hi. I'll be the old bald guy with the SWFS baseball cap and moobong. 👴 Assuming they they come to the US you might want to teach the fanchants to the react crew (fyi the Moofin channel has uploaded the chant for every song that has one) and if you do I hope you make a video about it. 😂

@@hossetttren253 Yo their names are on screen at the beginning! :) Or you're asking for the reactor's name tags to always be on screen? Cuz also all their videos end up having english subs with names and stuff which is why I don't think they edit in name tags constantly

I’ve said this before but Imma say it again. Having Bourbon Chai as one of the crews really do give more perspective as they don’t just play their instrument. Producers imho analyzed things slightly different than how musical folks do, but that’s what makes them unique.

I missed this channel and MAMAMOO reactions!! I've always loved MAMAMOO not just for the vocals but the whole song, how it's produced, with the blend of their vocals, the instruments, and the whole composition, which I've never felt this happy connection with other groups/singers. Every MAMAMOO song is of a different genre, but still completely felt like a MAMAMOO song, and it's just so THEM. Great job MMM and the RBW production team! And thank you React to the K for this wonderful breakdown! ❤❤❤❤

(Dumping my personal feelings that may or may not be related to this song but feel free to read ~) Even after 5-6 years of following this channel, I still couldn’t shake my feelings of how professional the reactors are when they talked about music even as someone who have not graduated their musical course? What I’m trying to say is that the way they analyzed each song make me think that they are already knowledgeable to discuss musicality even though they’re still students (of course, not including Umu Kevin Owen Henry Sean etc who we knew already graduated) Watching this reaction made this thinking resurfaced. I know they’re being interviewed first before becoming a reactor so kudos to Umu (and others?) for sustaining this channel, reaching year 6 of the infamous CJMR (used to be CMR). On to the comment about this song: when I first heard this song I’m kinda glad they released it WITH a music video because as they mentioned; this is Mamamoo. The song deserve more recognition and nothing less.

I wish I could experience Mamamoo for the first time again but, I do get a little bit of the nostalgia watching other people discover them. Loved the reaction and, as always, thanks for teaching so much! As a non-musician, I don’t get to appreciate the music on the same level as you all so I know that I’m always missing so much. But, ReacttotheK as well as all of the reactors have definitely helped to bridge that gap. Thanks for all up ur hard work Umu, reactors and everyone behind the scenes!

really love how a lot of them pointed out how different they sound separately but how beautifully their voices blend together, and imo that's mamamoo's identity as a whole even outside of music. as moomoos often say mamamoo is 4 soloists in 1 group, and i wouldnt want it any other way.

Glad so many reactors picked up on the Prince funk vibes on this song. As well as being a kpop fan, I'm an absolute Prince (and all things connected to the Mpls sound) fan too .eg. Been a fan since 1982 and went to 80+ concerts. This songs features like the bass sounds, the synth fills, the layering, the percussion, the production and I'd probably contradict Kevin and say Prince wouldn't use falsetto on this song but may use the Camille voice , a sort of modulated androgynous tone created by pitchshifting or by recording slower and then speeding up the tape. Songs like Housequake and If I Was Your Girlfriend are "Camille". Used for a lot recorded around 1986/87. The full "Camille" album is due for a posthumous release at some point. Again superb reaction with on point editing once again... Pog!!!

Wait u're Gen X or a Boomer? W/o going back to listen again; I would disagree w/Kevin about his use of the word "authentic" as well. Depending on the context he meant/or I inferred. Btw I played in R&B/Funk and Soul cover bands in the mid `70's so I'm a boomer Lol!

Great reaction and this is my favorite song of the 3 specifically because of the Prince sound and I have been a hardcore prince fan since 1980, mamamoo has a number of songs that sound prince flavored, could be because Solar has Prince on her playlist. Speaking of Solar, she released on Solarsido a final karaoke at the end of 2022, where she sings 5 songs, one of them is from Mata Hari, about the only recording of her doing the song. This react channel might appreciate that one.

I didn't catch anyone mentioning it, but the parts where Solar sings "X is delicious" sound almost exactly like Selena Gomez's "Hands to Myself". When I first heard this song I had to pause it because I couldn't immediately figure out where I recognized it from and agonized over it for like 10 minutes til I found it.

Hi Umu and friends 🤗 Did you ever react to vocal group Forestella? They're this crossover male vocal quartet formed through a singing competition in 2017. Consist of 2 tenors, 1 countertenor and 1 bass. Two of them are classical music trained, one of them is a musical actor and one of them is a chemical engineer and researcher with a hobby of singing as the vocalist of an amateur rock band😁 Their original songs from their album is great, such as Utopia🥰 But their rendition of popular iconic songs are amazing 😍 Songs such as Lady Gaga's Bad Romance, Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, Eurythmics's Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), Michael Jackson's Smooth Criminal and Ed Sheeran's Shape of You. There are also some classic songs such as Scarborough Fair, Nella Fantasia, Hijo de La LunaLuna and Je Suis Malade. I really looking forward to see you guys react to all of those Forestella's performances. They're amazing! 😍 Hope you'll love it🤗

So sorry to comment this here but I’ve read the description and all and I don’t know where to recommend a song… I went through the list of songs you WILL NOT react to and didn’t see The Rose there. I think Definition of Ugly is a pretty good song (I’m no musician but it’s worth asking, right? :))
