Today I'm participating in a Read Aloud Review Collaboration and I'm sharing some of our family's favorite read alouds. I'm a homeschooling large family mom of 6 and we love to read. There are so many wonderful books out there but these are some of our fun favorites that should be, in our opinion, on every shelf! I will be sharing links to the read aloud suggestions down below.

I really like the idea of "draw what's in the story" while you are reading aloud, to keep hands busy but still focused on understanding the story. We have read many Roald Dahl books as a family, too!

So many great books in your list! I have Wingfeather Saga on our TBR. We loved Homer Price, Charlotte's Web and Trumpet of the Swan!

That’s awesome! This is something we have not done in a while. We normally spend time together each night doing devotions, but going to have to make extra time to read through some other books. Last book we read aloud was a missionary’s story over in Papua New Guinea with the older kids called Mission Possible by Marilyn Laszlo. Going to have to check some of those books out. Hope your doing well.😊 📚
