Brahma Muhurta :ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उठना क्‍यों माना जाता है इतना खास, क्यों छुपा इसमें सफलता का राज? ब्रह्मा मुहूर्त का रहस्य The Secret of Brahma Muhurta (Hindi)
हिंदू धर्म से जुड़े वेद पुराणों और शास्‍त्रों में बह्म मुहूर्त को बेहद खास और शुभ माना गया है। रात्रि के अंतिम प्रहर के बाद और सूर्योदय से ठीक पहले का जो समय होता है उसे ब्रह्म मुहूर्त कहा जाता है। यानी सुब‍ह के 4 बजे से लेकर 5:30 बजे तक का जो समय होता है उसे ब्रह्म मुहूर्त कहा जाता है। हमारे ऋषि मुनियों ने इस मुहूर्त का विशेष महत्व बताया है। उनके अनुसार यह समय निद्रा त्याग के लिए सर्वोत्तम है। ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उठने से सौंदर्य, बल, विद्या, बुद्धि और स्वास्थ्य की प्राप्ति होती है। सूर्योदय से चार घड़ी (लगभग डेढ़ घण्टे) पूर्व ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में ही जग जाना चाहिए। इस समय सोना शास्त्रों में निषिद्ध माना गया है। आइए जानते हैं क्‍यों माना जाता है इसे इतना खास।
ब्रह्म मुहूर्त को लेकर वाल्मीकि रामायण में एक कथानक दिया गया है। इसके अनुसार, पवनपुत्र हनुमानजी ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में ही अशोक वाटिका पहुंचे। जहां उन्होंने वेद मंत्रों का पाठ करके माता सीता को सुनाया। शास्त्रों में भी इसका उल्लेख है…
वर्णं कीर्तिं मतिं लक्ष्मीं स्वास्थ्यमायुश्च विदन्ति।
ब्राह्मे मुहूर्ते संजाग्रच्छि वा पंकज यथा॥
अर्थात- ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उठने से व्यक्ति को सुंदरता, लक्ष्मी, बुद्धि, स्वास्थ्य, आयु आदि की प्राप्ति होती है। ऐसा करने से शरीर कमल की तरह सुंदर हो जाता हे।
ब्रह्म मुहूर्त और प्रकृति का गहरा नाता है। इस समय में पशु-पक्षी जाग जाते हैं। उनका मधुर कलरव शुरू हो जाता है। कमल का फूल भी खिल उठता है। मुर्गे बांग देने लगते हैं। एक तरह से प्रकृति भी ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में चैतन्य हो जाती है। यह प्रतीक है उठने, जागने का। प्रकृति हमें संदेश देती है कि निद्रा का त्‍याग करके ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उठो और दैनिक कार्यों में लग जाओ।
ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में रोजाना उठने वाले लोगों की सफलता प्राप्‍त करने की संभावना अधिक रहती है। वास्‍तु के अनुसार, इस वक्‍त पूरे वातावरण में सकारात्‍मक ऊर्जा भरी रहती है और सुबह उठने पर जब यह ऊर्जा हमारे अंदर की ऊर्जा से मिलती है तो हमारे मन में अच्‍छे विचार आते हैं और उमंग व उत्‍साह का संचार होता है। इस पॉजिटिव एनर्जी के साथ जब हम किसी काम को करते हैं तो उसमें सफलता प्राप्‍त होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है।
आयुर्वेद के अनुसार ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उठकर टहलने से शरीर में संजीवनी शक्ति का संचार होता है। यही कारण है कि इस समय बहने वाली वायु को अमृततुल्य कहा गया है। इसके अलावा यह समय अध्ययन के लिए भी सर्वोत्तम बताया गया है क्योंकि रात को आराम करने के बाद सुबह जब हम उठते हैं तो शरीर तथा मस्तिष्क में भी स्फूर्ति व ताजगी बनी रहती है। ब्रह्ममुहूर्त के धार्मिक, पौराणिक व व्यावहारिक पहलुओं और लाभ को जानकर हर रोज इस शुभ घड़ी में जागना शुरू करें तो बेहतर नतीजे मिलेंगे।

Radhe Radhe ....thank you sir ....I have been doing all these activities from the last 13 years......During those time there were not much videos on you tube or such informative videos,,but it was my Krishna's blessings that i was able to change my life's direction, when my mom passed away .I didnt know so much importance of Brahma Murata,,but those years i started waking up early morning around 3 30 am and used to practise meditation yoga and chanting and spiritual activities...Yes, my life ,carrier everything changed there after......I love this Brahma Murta time...I feel happiness peace blissful..Radhe Radhe

Chant Hare Krishna mahamantra 2 mala before starting your studies. Gradually keep increasing the mala number and you will see a major difference in your life. I mala=108 times

@@magnum9750 Oh thank you. Actually, I've also chosen some mantras and chant them in the morning or evening but I'm not consistent. I'm sure I will do it sincerely as well but now I'm focusing on my sleep schedule and waking up at 4am.

Before corona epidemic I was used to walk, run & was able to do any Hard work. slowly post corona I started suffering from acute knee pain ,legs become heavy & rather day by day it increased. After seeing some videos on KZfaq I started deep breathing exercises and holding breath till chanting mantras . These I was doing after 3AM to 4.30 AM early morning. One day I dreamed of walking freely as before corona. Become normal, and in reality too I started walking freely. This is 100 % TRUE.

हम भी चार बजे नियमित जाग जाते है. उठ कर सूक्ष्म व्यायाम और योगा, ध्यान योग करते है. हम जिंदगी मे बहुत आनंदी है समाधानी है. सुबह जल्दी उठने से शरीर हमारा निरोगीस्वस्थ रहताहै. हम चकाचक आनंदमय जीवन बीता रहेहैं. करे योग रहे निरोग. और सब मे भगवान का दर्शन करे, राम कृष्ण हरी. जय जय राम कृष्ण हरी.

ब्राह्ममुहूर्त अगर इतना ही पावरफुल समय है तो हमें अपने शिशुओं को इस काल मे शिक्षा देनी चाहिए. यानि हम भारत केलिए एक सुपर हुमेंस की उत्तपति मे सहायक हो सकते हैं। एक ऐसी मानवीय नस्ल जो साधारण मनुष्यों की अपेक्षा ज्यादा मानसिक और शरीरिक रूप से ज्यादा सक्षम होंगे।

I have always wanted to know the significance of Brahma Muhurut. This video has enlightened my vision and thoughts towards changing my outlook . As I am a caregiver for my aged mother, my sleep patterns and lifestyle has drastically changed. I usually wake up at 3 am though, by the time i get time to sleep varies from 11 pm to 2 or 3 am. But usually, i am awake between 3 to 3. 30 am. Henceforth, i shall practice chanting the mantra to my ishtadevta, Sri Hanuman swamy. The omnipresent Sri Devi and Sri Hari Narayan is ever present in my internal thoughts. May you be blessed. 🙏

Wake up at 4:30 am, then do sudarshan kriya, chant Om and do meditation, now do exercise, bath, fresh up, do pooja and start study, 6pm- bakchodi with friends till 7:30 pm, come back eat early, schedule your tomorrow, write journal and then at 10pm go to bed. That's my daily routine

Hearing and chanting about the transcendental holy name, form, qualities, paraphernalia and pastimes of Lord Viṣṇu, remembering them, serving the lotus feet of the Lord, offering the Lord respectful worship with sixteen types of paraphernalia, offering prayers to the Lord, becoming His servant, considering the Lord one’s best friend, and surrendering everything unto Him (in other words, serving Him with the body, mind and words)-these nine processes are accepted as pure devotional service. One who has dedicated his life to the service of Kṛṣṇa through these nine methods should be understood to be the most learned person, for he has acquired complete knowledge.
