Just stumbled upon this video 2 years later. The girl Maren Altman is now a famous tiktoker who does astrology! Wow! So she did end up going into a field where psychology is somewhat used. We have the same birthday too! Nice.

Chris Brennan comes across as quiet sensitive and thoughtful astrologer.

Great stream, it's so helpful to see how all the information is put together to create an interpretation. I loved the ending discussion. Reminds me of working with tarot - the cards are usually right - but the reader has to know how to read or divine the information:) So I totally get what Kelly means about the chart being right, but the astrologer can interpret it incorrectly. I'd love to see more videos on chart interpretation:)

I was pleased to see the chart with cazimi Mars. Chris, I remember reading in your book on Hellenistic astrology that later writers stated this position was treated differently than being hidden under the beams of the Sun. I am curious how you and Kelly would interpret this position, although I can see in the video Chris still observed it being in the seventh house could suggest a secret kept within close relationships. In other houses would it still impart something hidden from the individual or a secret about that part of life? For example, in the first house can something as integral as willpower be hidden? Would there be times in a life when secrets would reveal themselves and what techniques would you use to inquire about that?

I agree with Chris about the last segment regarding astrologers thinking they are faultless. Astrologers can misinterpret or project their experiences with a placement on to a reading. While astrology might be right its the astrologer who can be wrong. As Kelley says astrologers need to stay humble.

I ran regular quadrant houses on some of these that were not finding the fit. With Placidus the fit was easy to see. Everyone please keep an open mind.

my sun is 17 degrees of Sagittarius and my ascendant is 18 degrees of Sagittarius. In a whole sign chart that places my sun in the 1st house but in the 12th using placidus. I’m wonder if I have a day or night chart

I thought Jupiter did better in water signs than any other one because it Jupiter feels a lift when it’s situated with water and makes more abundance with it than others but it’s beneficial aspects regardless do well in most signs is that correct or incorrect?

If you have Mars in a day chart but it's only just above the horizon, could that mean it's malefic nature is lessened? My other question is... if you have a day chart and Saturn is in the night part of the chart... does that make it malefic?
