I find it funny that in Alice and Wonderland, Alice is asleep the whole time, and with this you're trying to fall asleep.

I don’t think she’s actually asleep. She was transported to another world entirely! But that was always my personal interpretation

The music in the background feels hypnotic, good for sleep. Elizabeth always does an amazing job at reading, and this story is so esoteric.. I can’t help going back to it.

My first "Get Sleepy" listen and I am blown away. I was on the verge of sleep and being fully engaged, simply a matter of volume. My brain doesn't shut off which has led to years of insomnia but this slowed my mind enough to tell the story and lead me to relaxation. Never before!!
