one GREAT thing that's happened to me last week (two weeks ago) is i got put on a new medication for my chronic migranes and THEY WORK SO WELL they give me instant relief it's great

One good think that happened this week is my boyfriend and I got married very spontaneously a week after deciding to do it 😊 Also Bella, you and I have kind of the same hobbies, and honestly I know it's different for you since you have a reading channel and everything, but this year I decided to be super chill about life and not feel guilty when I wasn't in a reading space, and it actually resulted in me reading more but in a healthier way. And I'll go through long patches of just being obsessed with my Switch and doing nothing else, but because I don't let myself feel bad about that, I've just had a much healthier experience this year. I don't know if I'm explaining it right but it's made a big difference for me. ALSO I'd be so hyped to watch you stream playing on your Switch 😊😊

Sorry to hear things haven't been going too well for you :( It does sound like some of your thoughts on reading have gotten healthier (in my opinion)! I feel like the fixation on numbers can really take the enjoyment out of it all, but just enjoying a book while it lasts can be just, if not more, fulfilling! I am also so excited for your classics journey, you have already read so many great works of literature and I am excited for you to keep experiencing them. I read East of Eden back in like 2016 or something and I remember liking it, but I think I will always be a Grapes of Wrath > East of Eden person, but maybe I need to reread! You can't always be productive, nobody can. Take your rest where you can and don't be too hard on yourself, especially while you're recovering. Something that I try to keep in mind myself is to "treat yourself with kindness".

I just got out of recovery and I was not able to do anything productive or creative done either. I think its normal. A lot of energy is going to healing and being productive and creative takes a lot of energy! Do what you feel like your mind and body need, it will be okay

One of the things that makes me happy is watching your face light up when you unbox things .Seriously my life is in chaos I have my semester exam from 21st December to 2nd of January and my house was filled with relatives but when I saw your video it immediately bring a smile to my face.

It feels super surreal but I'm so excited for the future, my actual ceremony isn't until February so that's something else to look forward to. No form of media is specifically more valuable than the other because they cater to different parts of ur cognition or experience. Games could help with thinking on the spot, strategy, films help with visual perception and observation, books with the enriching of vocabulary and more. There's alot to learn and pick up from each kind of media but it's also good to assess ur relationship with them. You seem to shine when u speak about the things ur passionate about and I found my favorite book (The Count of Monte Cristo) because of how fun u made the book seem. I hope ur relationship with reading reaches a good resolution.

It’s so hard balancing hobbies; I agree. I usually play a game while watching a show or a movie, but it’s a little difficult to multitask when the game gets really good. Thankfully, I don’t play intense games, just like simulation games mostly. Cozy indie games. A good thing that has happened to me is that my husband brought me home a blue Squishmallow frog, and it’s SOOO cute. I also got Tomb Sweeping from BOTM, and I hope I like it. The cover is AMAZING
