Wow they didn’t go over this in basic training lol. I went straight into an HHC of a BSB and I was so confused. And I get that it’s probably not super important for lower enlisted to know all the details but it would have been nice to know what the heck I was getting into and how the BSB works. Which I know now since I’ve been here for four years. But this is a great outline of how this all works and how important the support troops are to keeping everything going. Infantry likes it to go their way but at the end of the day we’re the ones feeding them, supplying them, making sure they have running trucks and ammo and getting them their paychecks.

Could I procure a copy of the slides he used for that brief? It appears to be an excellent shell applicable to my BCT.
