7 plums
Cut the plums in half
Remove the pit of each plum
Cut the plums into slices
Place in a bowl
30ml lemon juice
25g white sugar
2tbsp oat flour (or all-purpose)
Mix well
Pour the plums into a baking dish
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/4 cup light brown sugar
Mix well
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
Mix well
Spread the oat mix on top of the plums
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375°F/190°C
After baking
This recipe is even gluten-free!
