It’s standard varies. Some days , it’s beef ball quality suffers. When it is good, it is really good.

Why cutting meat on the plastic table ?

Very observate of you, I asked the same question, will share the reason as follow: 1. Better knifing control, as plastic table provide the necessary friction to cut. 2. There are no super large chopping board and if custom made, it would be sky high ceiling price.

If this is the entirety of video, than the beef noodle looks kinda mid... The broth doesnt carry much flavour (which i understood why they did that, similar to pork noodle vendors) but beef is a different cut of meat..

i am itching to comment on this.. This is NOT a good place to eat period! Their cooking is no where near good at all! Tried once and i will never go back..Not even worth your money!
