Sadly devs said the trailer units will only come after you already cleared the whole mission. This is because suspects roam and they could encounter a trailer unit behind you and if a trailer unit kills the suspect and you were going for a perfect S score, it would f*k up your score.

Well this is basically swat 5 and you can't have swat without a comprehensive campaign

I think the solution is to include a robust modification system like Ground Branch. That way, optics that seem like crap can be placed in a different spot on a weapon so they aren't so bad.

They talked about this a bit on their last QnA, the said they are looking to doing it, might be in the new SP update

I'm pretty sure a progression system might be coming for customisation (maybe) going off the fact that in the supporter discord they are showing off the customisation and some options are locked.

There is a progression system. In commander mode you will have to play mission by mission and cosmetic items will be unlockable by getting good scores in missions.

for 18$ i think its a very good deal. Although before playing it I would just wait for the next update as it will completely change the game. Its supposed to be coming sometime in december.

@@GamingCornerYTIt’s a lot more slower paced, it’ll have a lot more punishment for lack of thinking when approaching a new location. Siege is way more arcade like. However I think if you like siege you’d like this, just those two games are at all the same.

You do not need any other players to play this game. It's infact more fun solo commanding the ai. The option to have real players tag along is just that an option.

Same as Post Scriptum with their vehicle combat mechanics overhaul, player count kept going down when they were developing the overhaul and not many new players bought the game after they released the overhaul. But good news that they are going to support the game again and hope the new Ready or Not update comes out soon.

I really hope the Taser is moved to a tactical slot like pepper spray. I will not use it if it means giving up my sidearm. And this is also stupidly unrealistic. Police carry both, even non-SWAT.

If you mean PvP, they said pvp will come after co-op is completed. So most likely soon after this 1.0 update.

@@ariton2990 Couldn't care less to be honest. PvP shooters are always absolutely trash, made so by the 50-90% of people who simply refuse to take the game seriously and have no attention span to do anything but run-gun-die-repeat.

They did do some changes to the non lethal stuff. CS gas from the technical perspective used to perform quite similar to flashbangs, so to differentiate them more, they have changed them to work more as of area denial equipment. To achieve this CS gas clouds last longer (~30-45 seconds), no longer emit audio that alerts suspects, and serve to primarily flush out subjects from dangerous areas. They also changed slightly how pepperball launcher works. Pepper balls will now be less effective on direct impact, but will now leave a small cloud that lasts about 20 seconds at the impact location effecting npcs and players that walk through that cloud. They also found pepper spray to be too effective against armed suspects, so now instead of completely stunning them, they will cover their eyes, but will still be able to shoot but with big penalty to accuracy. Stun gun is now part of tactical, not part of the secondary meaning you can bring a pistol as a secondary and still have stun gun with you. Also the player`s response against any chemical agent is now less, now you will only have a red and blurry screen, and coughing but no more weapon sway.
