Based on one of the variants of the track I heard used extracted OST. This particular track starts at the electronic part then repeats 3x then the drum section 3x then it loops.

Zack Bower seems to be an expert on creating more classy tracks with less of an emphasis on adrenaline and more so on focus. Which I absolutely adore because hearing these are still an absolute bump once shots start getting fired.

Getting S rank isn’t that hard just make sure to bring door wedges. Once you wedge all the doors it’s easy pickings. You can just clear all the rooms separately without worrying about someone sneaking up behind you.
