Since when did the two Kaijus, King Kong and Mechagodzilla appear in a Amblin film? Kong and Mechagodzilla are both Kaijus and Toho characters.

Fortunately, Rexy from Jurassic Park fits well into the movie, since Ready Player One is an Amblin movie.

@@thejoker15678 kong isn't actually a toho character, hasn't been in a toho film since the 60's they bought the rights in the 60's for a couple movies but didn't keep the rights

Kong’s still a kaiju, you know what I mean? Also, Kong is a giant Gorilla, but no changes. Also, Kong appeared in the MonsterVerse era. And MonsterVerse era is created by Legendary Pictures, the friend of Toho.

Actually, Kong was in a Toho movie, like how he appeared in King Kong VS. Godzilla. Toho acquired the rights to use Kong.

@@thejoker15678 yeah but those rights expired like 60 years ago so legally they don't own Kong anymore and can't legally use him in a film without buying the rights again so as of the making of ready player one and up until now not a toho kaiju
