You can drive kurfus in the camera systems if you click the green arow and use the sliders (bottom slider for forward, and right slider for speed, if you touch nothing he will go backwards and middle slider he turns) great vid btw

I recomend trying to dig on suspicious spots or patches, you might get something good by doing that, Or by buying a metal detector to find thoose materials for the Omega-Kerfur. Pro Tip: destroy anything that grows.

5:06 Regarding the Minecraft discussion: A good way to sidestep that issue is to turn to Modded. There’s a *_LOT_* of modpacks that fall under the category of “Questing Packs.” Essentially you have to play thru the modpacks, unlocking or progressing thru mods or other tasks in order to unlock more mods and in the end create certain items that are (usually) items you can only get in creative mode. A good example of this would be a modpack called “MysticalBlock”, where you gets almost all of your resources from farming special seeds, which give you essence of that same type, which you can then craft into items. (i,e you can get iron seeds, which you can them farm to get iron essence, which can then be crafted into iron ingots.)

You need 2 Kerfuses to build Omega. The work bench in the garage lets you disassemble them and build Omega, among other things. Drives can be turned into electronic scrap, along with any of the HDDs you find around the base. Balls can be turned into rubber scrap. You have to dig up the radioactive capsule. It is partially burried beside a skeleton in a dirt patch. I think you may have already found the skellington. You have to put the parts on the workbench, but it may not work if you stack them up to high. Radioactive capaule is used because Omega Kerfus doesn't need to be plugged in. You also can use other things besides "lazy dev boo" colors.

A couple things for this video: 1. The reason why Omega Kerfus needs the radioactive capsule is because it never needs to be charged 2. You might want to invest in a metal detector, it might help you find other things which might be interesting 3. Next to the yellow post box as you walk out of the main entrance on the right, you will see a little square that’s a little darker than the rest of the floor, and it allows you to go under the base and was designed to allow you to retrieve items which may of fallen through the floor, which is maybe what happened to your second skull 4. I’m pretty sure the game got updated to end scripted events at around day 46 or 47 Hope this helps

Get the radiation protection suit to dig the radioactive core (also useful when exploring the cave) or you will die. The radioactive core will give a eternal battery to your omega-kerfus, so won’t need to charge it anymore.

Hey, since I'll most likely will be watching this bideo over 2+ days, it may be formatted weird as I'll be adding things in the middle as I go. Personally, I don't think that planet with red is a reference to iron lung. I mean, it could be, I wouldn't put it past this game, but Pluto also looks like that and it has no oceans. A few things: -Those circles of mushrooms are called 'fairy rings', and they do exist in real life. -Once you understand what the Shrimp Packs are for, things will begin to make more sense. Also, regarding other games, I am aware of one called 'Graveyard Keeper' on Steam; it's a little like Stardew Valley, but darker. 'Funny' dark as opposed to 'horror' dark. You might like it.

Didn’t even watch from the beginning of the series and I just love ur channel! Btw here’s a tip to get outside the map (I’m at the begging of the vid maybe you already found out) you can try using the hook on top of the fence and then pull yourself out of the map. EDIT: the weird blank emails with #’s in them contain a letter each, and those spell “Don’t come outside” or “Come outside”, I can’t remember correctly EDIT 2: for shrimps to take effect you need to place them at the treehouse, not the picnic site/base entrance, only at the treehouse, and also they can get rotten, and start spawning roaches, kind of rendering them useless Here’s also a minor and a big Upgraded Kerfus spoiler if you want to know what else you can do with him: Minor: You can add a plushie when crafting him, creating some interesting variants Big spoiler: He can fix transformers (although it’s bugged), get hashcodes, fix servers, doesn’t need to charge

Just so you are aware, disliking your own voice is completely normal, even for people who have amazing voices. There are multiple theories for why this is the case, but they all stem from the fact that you normally hear your own voice mostly through your bones. You speak, and it passes entirely through solid tissue and bones to reach your ear canals. That makes it sounds much deeper than what other people perceive it as. This causes you to perceive your voice as deeper than what other people (and the recording) hear. That then either causes your brain to trigger that mechanism where things that are slightly off from what you're used to causes discomfort (A good example comes to mind in the form of that one Mass Effect game where people *really* hated the graphics despite it being closer to lifelike than previous games, because the graphics were in that narrow band of just unrealistic enough to make your brain scream.) (this is possibly caused by a mechanism to prevent getting fooled by camouflage in nature), or people just dislike confronting how a fundamental part of you is not like how you think it is. There has even been a study where people rated their own voices far lower than what other people rate them. A person is just not a good judge of their own voice, so you should just take others' words for it that your voice is good. It would likely have sounded good to you, too, had it not been your own voice.

More info on the game-ending signal. NOTE!!! This details the entire event and how to survive it. If you don't want it, then don't expand it. Note: this was all from me reading up on the wiki. Some info may be incorect. . . . . . . . The plannet should be a red-tinted object. It only activates once you upgrade it to lvl 3 and you play it. It will play a game-ending setup (similar to the one shown when you died to the evil sun). Clearing it (once activated) requires you to clear the tape, clear any save of it you may have on the computer, and then shutting down all power to the base (via basement switches). Once this is done, you will get an e-mail on the computer saying something (Idk what it is, all I know is that it's an e-mail). Edit: Info update and grammar fix.

There is a spot you can use to get under the base if you want to check for items that might have clipped through the ground. It's between the mailbox and the big window and looks slightly different from the other concrete around it. You should be able to get back up from the same spot. Also, I believe the story mode has events for 45 days now.

Hello, you can use mouse wheel while holding any item (especially convenient with drives) to zoom in and out it closer or further it from player. Also you can press R while holding item to grab it on hotbar (useful with boxes to open doors). I'm used it alot in my playthrough, hope it will help you as well :3

It goes past thirty, I believe it goes to 48 now. There are events that you can get by getting a good rep with the alien catgirls, by leaving them shrimp in a special spot that you may find out.

I recommend Pacific Drive, you basically explore the World and get Upgrades for your Car to get Further into the Zones, avoid Dangers and try to find out what happened there Story-wise. It also has an Ending and afaik from my friends list its about 25hrs long usually if you concentrate on the Main Missions. The only thing i find a little bit repetitive is the Gameplay Loop, but you'll see in videos and reviews which can explain it a bit better.

CHERAX I've been watching you're videos for the last couple weeks and it's amazing I also love VOTV which is how I found your channel in the first place... but I've been hearing about you're need of a new game to play... aaaaannnnddd Vintage story... from what I remember you needed a longer game with lots of things to do and a main story with a side story and such I've played Vintage story for a couple months now and I think it's the exact thing you need! it's like better minecraft but with eldrich horror! and harder to... here's a list of things it has! :long play, each save file has over hundreds of hours worth of play time, usually 500 or 700 :good music, the music is a absolute delight when it comes to traveling, and when it comes to environment :realistic, it is supposed to be a realistic after all?, it has incredible details and incredible mechanics :horror, it has some horror in it... unlike minecraft with its zombies and such, Vintage story has horrors beyond human comprehension!... won't spoil it for ya though òwó :advancement difficulty, advancement is hard to say the least, especially when ya don't know what to do... makes for great trial and error. :great landscape/world hight, in minecraft the world hight is pretty small... only under 400 blocks?... welp Vintage story goes into the thousands!, and the landscape is amazing! :great graphics!, it has amazing graphics, and a rustic survival type style with cubic voxel blocks!. :story, the story is pretty good, you actually have to work with it to find out what happened what's happening, like lore books and scrolls. :classes, it has classes to spice up the game!, depending on you're class and spawn you can easily increase you're playtime hours by the hundred!, won't spoil what they are though... :constant updates. the Vintage story dev's update the game constantly and it kind of worries me... I'm just a bit worried they'll burn themselves out like this... also every update they make is huge. out of all games I have found in my life, Vintage story is the most underrated!. it's great soo pick up ya falx AND JOIN US SERAPH'S. o- or just check out the trailer and see if ya l- like it?ó~ò ...

For the skull signal, apparently just wiping the drive is not enough. Spoiler but kinda important The admittedly wacko fandom wiki says that you need to delete any form of the saved signal, lvl 0, 1 2 3 etc if it is saved. It also says to physically destroy the drive it was on by smacking it and lastly to turn all power in the base off If you did it correctly you should get an email and your save will be fine

To get kerfus parts, pet kerfus as hard as you can

You can also use the Kerfus camera to get them unstuck.

[miscellaneous tip] If you find an unknown plushie, I would totally definitely not microwave it unless you want to summon “the horde”.

Check the help page in settings for secret for the skull. Idk if it actually is talking about the skull but it might.

Cherax I recently saw a vid on getting out, there’s an easter egg that crashes the game pero for that you gotta get in a “creative mode” save wich is unlocked (for that save) at the end of game if I recall correctly
