His car was found, but the damages don't match his story. Here really digs himself into a hole. The full video can be found on KZfaq. I'm a paralegal and worked in the state bar association office of disciplinary counsel. We had quite a few cases of attorneys appearing drunk in court. They were sometimes offered the choice to go to treatment, but we had repeat offenders that were disbarred. We also had attorneys that sold drugs out of their offices, that stole from client trust accounts, and even one guy who was running a prostitution ring from his office. No lie. Attorneys do the damnest things.

I’m a recovering alcoholic blessed with 26 years sobriety. I started my law degree one year after getting sober, that’s why it’s so important to me. It showed me the things that can be achieved in sobriety. I pray his drinking doesn't take him to the rock bottom mine took me. I hope he’s sober today, that’s all needs, just today, just one day at a time.

Sooooo glad you found sobriety and got a wonderful career. My father, sadly, was a alcoholic all through my childhood and became sober when I was around 30, died around 5-6 years later due to diabetes side effect and also damage done to his body and brain due to his alcohol use for over 30 years. My father drank and drove and luckily didn't hurt someone, himself and/or his children. I commend someone for becoming sober and starting their life sober and doing great things. I wish my father and others could have had the willpower to see their problem and get help. I'm sure your story has helped others and been a inspiration, it is a inspiration.

His stories vary so widely. In this second video, he says that he spoke with the other driver, who then left the scene because he had no damage. Yet in the first video, he says that he was rear-ended and the other driver fled the scene. Grandma died two weeks ago, after already being dead a month ago. I’m surprised that he didn’t say, “My client is innocent.” And then later say, “My client is guilty, your honor.”

In 1984, living in an apartment building that had a pool…myself and two buddies were swimming at approximately 2200hrs. Manager called the cops on us and we actually went to jail for trespassing. No signage and nothing in the rental contract about it. Released the next morning and when we got home the asshole had put up signs about NO TRESPASSING and NO SWIMMING after 2100hrs. I had a lawyer when we went to court. It must not have been a big deal as my attorney was drunk when he showed up at court. Judge threw it out and when I joined the Navy about a month later, told recruiters about it and they went to the court and nothing was filed and I ended up being able to get my ‘much’ needed NATO Top Secret clearance. Drunk in court! Been there…seen that. 🤙🤙🤙

At 10:00 he says he was in his office until 4am, then went home and drank shots of tequila. That this was a residual from last night. Then at 10:30 he states he was in an accident but was sober during that time frame. You can’t have it both ways. It’s either you drank last night and were still under the influence while driving and had an accident and then showed up for court drunk or you were sober during the accident and showed up to court drunk.

Thank the Good Lord those days, for the most part are gone. Now we have body cams, car cams surveillance, talk about Big Brother. Now you're putting that person who pulled you over, not knowing who you are, career in jeopardy, can't get away with it anymore. These people taint their professions. It's hard for the average person to understand this happens. Unbelievably, your defending someone who's facing life in prison and come to court at 11:00 am loaded and then use the excuse that I drank last night, really!, Well that makes it okay, NOT!

Hi Mike, love your channel. I am the former cop from Cashion Oklahoma that commented on the tazer incident they had after I left that department. This response to this video is this. As the world knows Oklahoma is known for its Sovereign citizens with Timothy McVeigh being the most known. When I would make traffic stops and encounter the "this is not a vehicle" argument. I would always point to their VIN number and ask what the "V" stood for? This would cause them to at least break scrips and try to regroup. I'm surprised I've never heard that on any of these videos. Also I've heard the argument about the body not being a vessel. My argument would be how did the blood in your body get to where it's at right now? Just food for thought.
