32:38 that rev share is awful.. it goes down year over year from the person whose been there?

Epique Realty is unfortunately being very disingenuous in the marketing of their stock awards. According to their ICA, the Power Award Status grants up to 1,500 Shares or up to $15,000 worth of Stock (whichever is less). Given that the stock price is only 53 cents based on what Jamie says at 28:09, the actual value of the Power Award Status is only $795.

Overall good video, but I am not sure about the $14.3k vs $21.1k comparison for 10 houses over a year at 14:00. Jamie mentioned the perks can be $600 a house, and with 10 houses as mentioned the amounts start to look about the same, especially given you don't have to do that work yourself. For me not having to do that work yourself is a massive benefit when you see it's essentially the same price year over year.

Depends on what your business looks like. Let's say you do get $600 of value per listing, with a $7,000 difference in price, you would need to sell about 12 listings a year just to break even. If you do more then 12 listings a year, then you may actually save money by being at Epique. But if your doing less then 12 listings a year or your business is more buyer focused, then REAL would be the more affordable option for agents.

Malcolm now I know why I dose off on your video. You keep talking too much about real and repeat the same thing over and over that I heard millions of time and over shadow the lady speaking about epic realty. If you are doing these comparison videos stop talking about yourself and let the guest speak so it does not be a hour video and more than half is about yourself

The purpose of these is to be a side by side comparison of the two companies. Many people who watch these are not familiar with REAL or Epique and have not watched my other videos.
