I was watching an episode of The Good Doctor the other day. The patient was flatlining, and of course, the TV doctors went right for the paddles to shock the patient. I was just shaking my head, thinking of Doctor Mike saying "Chest compressions, chest compressions, chest compressions!"

I really wanted to see Dr. Mike’s reaction to surgery in Sims 4. I feel like he would have gotten a kick out of the machine pulling out ducks and randomly squirting stuff in. And let’s not forget accidentally pulling out the patient’s heart.

I love how the most unrealistic aspect of these games for Dr. Mike is the fact that the surgeon isn't wearing gloves.

Big vessels like arteries have their own blood supply in the vasa vasorum layer, as they have a layer of muscles within themselves that need an oxygen and nutrient supply :)

Dr. Mike, do an entire video on The Sims please I would love to see your reaction to the full medical career. Also: I love how he says what's accurate and what's not in connection with The Sims. I love The Sims but I wouldn't go there for accuracy in any case 😂 I have a mermaid who can teleport because she did some yoga, and also shines brighter then Edward in Twilight because she's a 5 star celebrity

You GOTTA review Pepi Hospital. My 3yo son has recently been playing it and it is pretty intricate. Still some funny stuff though (e.g. scissors for opening casts and a surgical blade near the CT machine). But you basically run your own hospital

7:39. This is how I feel about so many doctors. It feels like they're not interested in getting at the actual problem. For what it costs to see a doctor, I want more than just having a bottle of pills thrown at me.

Normal blood pressure (or BPM?) is 60 - 80? Recently I was hooked up to a machine (I had all the leads and connectors on me,) and the screen kept buzzing BRADY. Nurses came in and said that means bradycardia, or low beats per minute. My resting heart rate, just lying in a bed, is 38. They were very concerned and said I should get looked at. Turns out running a lot gave me a very low heart rate, or maybe it's genetics.
