I think there's a good reason why. Ferrol represents good value because it's a shithole. Personally, I loved Vigo. And a coruña. And think despite the higher price per square metre, these both will be representing good value as an investment in the future. After coming from Porto and visiting Vigo, I was shocked. And how lovely Vigo was. And how underFrequented that it was by tourists. I thought Porto was highly overrated comparatively. Based on your recommendation, I'll be happy to check out Pontevedre next time I return.
