There’s a lot of good info from your guest. Planning for a really early retirement and investing in the PH and it’s good to know some of these things. Can you work on your mic though - there’s too many screeching sound and it takes away from what’s being said and it heck of annoying. 😖

Nkka nosebleed nman to' pure English eh😁but anyway it was a good topic👌Ang alam ko LNG Jan pagbibili ka nang bahay sa Pinas palakasan..mas magandang lokasyon mas mahal(depends of the location) like Ayala Alabang and BGC mostly foreigner and Rich Filipinos can living there bcoz of overprice it cost 90million up to 300million pesos one of their property,Kya for me mas maganda na sa probinsya mura na mas peaceful pa environment..😁Simple life is good"
