I know...:)) In SF this home will be at least $ 2-5 Million... I used to live in SF and the housing market is crazy right there...:)) Another reason to move to Sacramento, I guess...:))

Hi Jason, I believed the premium lot for the lakefront lot will be at least $100,000 - $ 110,000 The private deck will be another additional $ 20,000-$30,000 Let me know if you have any other questions

Hi Lauran, yes there's Mello Roos. I would calculate 1.8% of the Purchase Price, to make sure to cover the Mello Roos and property Tax. Some of the waterfront property doesn't have HOA

It would have been better with narration, explaining what the features and benefits are. Otherwise, it's a video with repetitive music. Also $100,000 for access to a large pond with no where to go except in a circles seems extremely high.

let me guess, this one sold for north of 850K I cant see this selling for 600-650K with a view and a pool.

THis one right on the water, will be close to to $1 Million. The lot premium is aready $ 100 K, plus some upgrades. I guess yes $ 850,000 as a base price and then adding the upgrades as necessary
