Drinking Water: Noida is better due to Ganga jal supply Roads: Noida is better with many flyover and underpasses Greenery: Noida is better with many parks Schools: lot of schools in Noida even Delhi children come to Noida Delhi Connectivity: Noida has many entry-exit with Delhi. Kalindi, DND, Ashok nagar, chilla, mv3, noida gate, nh24. Hospitals: both are at par but from Noida it is near to reach Delhi Hospitals like Ganga Ram, Apollo, Fortis-Escorts etc Train: Gurgaon has a station and Noida don't have. However, New Delhi station is only 15km from Noida. Airport: Gurgaon will never have it's airport. Noida will soon have it's airport Companies: for White collar job Gurgaon is no match Retail: Since Noida area is affordable hence more middle and upper middle class people will live here and they will spend here which will boost retail. Gurgaon is filled with BPO employees acting like chappris, drunk driving, water logged roads, uneducated morons who cant drive properly on roads, over aggressive people etc etc. Gurgaon is a second grade Bangalore at best. Gurgaon is a tolltax city. New gurugram ke lea kherki dhula toll jo kabhi hatega nhi. Fir sohna road par heavy toll . Upcoming dwarka expressway par toll pay digitally karna padega. Secondly gurgaon was driven by IT boom as it was close to airport and clients preferred it over coming to noida. Things are changing and it will further shift to Noida with coming airport , workfrom home IT culture. And population of noida and gr noida with extension is above 25 lakhs.

According to me Gurgaon has achieved a lot having infrastructure just behind Noida . And nowadays we can see that government is doing well in infrastructure so in just few years their infrastructure will be compatible and gurgaon will be a world class city . Also we can see a lot of difference in the incoming crowd in these cities as Noida is a choice of senior citizens whereas gurgaon is of youth .

Gurgaon is saturated..bad infra..missing infra at many places..only tall glass skyscrapers but when you have to travel, god help you through the crazy traffic jams..also the local gentry, sad to say is not good, typical attitude problem, daaru at every nook and corner..kisi bhi baat pe pel diya jaata hai..crime on NH8 in moving vehicles is very high. I feel afraid driving late night in Gurgaon flashing high beams and dangerous overtakings. And likh lo- agle 5 saal me corporates will start moving out of Gurgaon as its just not feasable sustaining there with sky high rentals and so many issues

In coming years so many companies will be established in coming years , sec. 142,150,152,146 are costly sectors also having metro connectivity..high rental value of flats in these sectors. Reputed builders are also present here .

Gurgaon is better in terms of job and better connectivity to Airport ..however Gurgaon present administration is very insensitive toward people amenities ..their only focus is golf course road ..and not other areas of Gurgaon...not a single kilometer of metro track is being developed by present govt in almost 10 yrs...everything is on file and paper ..nothing in reality at all.. Gurgaon representative is raising hand from every issue ..b it water logging ..b it quality of construction..he is just passing the buck either to nature or people...how cme such people r sitting on such position.

Ground reality has changed in last 8 months and Sango guru ji not updated. And what’s you issue with people from these states. If they are educated and are buying flats worth crores then in that case mentality like yours is nuisance.

The anchor is biased towards Noida She should have discussed the major challenge in Noida being the security and gentry. Every now and then there are reports of crimes in the city and even in the societies people are very uncivilized.

Is water logging the only factor???noida is literally nothing infront of gurgaon…noida airport is 1.5 hours away from noida so it makes no sense

@@Hindutva_Supremacy 1.5 hours hi lagenge …1:10 ghante toh subah dikha raha hai din aur peak time mai aaram se 1:30-2 ghante…isliye Noida vaale sab IGI hi aainge…jewar sirf ek cargo airport banke reh jayega…koi pagal hu Delhi,gurgaon,Noida se jewar jaatey flight ke liye…noida is nothing infront of Gurgaon
